Hello everyone,
I had my thermostat replaced at J’s Auto Garage for my 2015 Dodge Charger and they did an excellent job. Feeling confident, I recommended the shop to a friend who needed work done on his 2016 Nissan Rogue Unfortunately, my friend's experience has been a nightmare. He was charged over $2,000 to replace a crankshaft sensor and a windshield, but it's been three weeks and his car still isn't passing smog, with the check engine light still on.
My friend has been told to come back "tomorrow" repeatedly for two weeks straight. He even had to take out a credit loan to pay for the repairs, but despite making payments, his car remains unfixed. I feel terrible for recommending this shop; had I read the reviews, I would have known that J's overbooks and prioritizes money over customer satisfaction. I've seen multiple customers return with unresolved issues, which explains the shop's three-star rating.
I'm extremely upset and will never return to J’s Auto Garage, nor will I refer anyone else there. The owner won't even answer my calls, leaving me embarrassed and my friend out of pocket with an unrepaired car. Please, save yourself the trouble and avoid this shop.

This place is great if you don’t need your vehicle for two weeks. I brought my Jeep in because I had a power steering issue. These guys had my Jeep for 2 weeks, they replaced a fuse and told me that it was fixed. It wasn’t. On top of that, my stereo no longer had any power and was completely dead. I asked them about it and they basically told me that it was broke when I brought it in. It’s one thing to take weeks to replace a fuse that creates more problems than it fixes and then on top of that call the customer a liar. I now have an amazing shop to take my Jeep to, but am discovering that the this place has now cost me thousands of dollars to fix what they did just by replacing one fuse. I wouldn’t trust this place to put air in my tires.

Great service, great customer experience, have been coming to them for about 2 years, very happy.. We have our company vehicles service done, maintenance, and even major repair..

Very bad place, decides to hold your car long to tell you that the part you need is not available. Worse believe it or not, he orders the wrong parts by fault.

Worst autoshop in Corona, kept my car truck for almost 8 months because "overdrive off"light on , they said the transmission was the problem, they said they changed the transmission, when they finally give my truck back , I found a broken switch , a driverside widow elevator also was broken, ,and a 1 day later same light came back again, I'll never go back again , it was lie after lie , I went to Harvey's auto tech, they check it out and found that the problem was a broken EGR vaccum line was broken, they replaced and since then there is no problem with my truck.

This is the only place that I will allow to work on my vehicle. I cannot be more thankful for the customer service, transparency, and cost for the maintenance that was performed on my car. The going above and beyond of being able to drop me back off at work and picking me up when I got off. I thank you J and associates! I appreciate you all and will recommend this shop to everyone I know, locally. Thank you, thank you, thank you, again!

I am forever grateful to Joe and this business. My car was shaking violently and i immediately pulled over to call an auto shop. By the time i called they were closed, i called anyways. Even outside of business hours they answered and still helped me out. I was scared to drive my car at this point so Joe offered to have someone stop by my HOUSE to pick up my car and get it to their business. I had needed to replace all 4 ignition coils but when i drove it home it was still shaking slightly. I called them back to bring it in the following morning and they replaced 2 spark plugs with no additional charge. Words can't thank you guys enough. My car is working better than ever but what they did for me was like no other. Their service and ability to take care of their customers is a rare thing to find. This is truly a family business and they treated me like family. Will be taking my business here from now on, thank you guys x100000000

Martin is friendly and didn't oversell me on additional services. He gave me a reasonable estimate on the front brake service and did a great job. Called to give me an update on the progress and had the car ready when promised. I'll definitely be going to J's for future car maintenance needs.

My car is older and has had some issues. I took it in for him to take a look at it and tell me what was wrong and then ended up bringing them back to do some work on it later when it was absolutely necessary.. Jay is reasonable, friendly, reliable, and an all-around, great guy and shop! Thanks again brother for taking care of me

Took my car to get an oil change. They didn't place the cap on right and oil exploded all over my engine. Not to mention when resetting my dashboard they messed up the electronics. Now I have to pay the dealership $200 to clean and redo. Beware! Don't go for cheap. Lesson learned!

Brought my 14 pilot for a new alternator and another part. Their service is excellent quick and efficient. Prices are competitive. I was impressed with my experience and referred my dad. He took his ram hemi to get new brakes. They finished it faster then they said they would and my dad was very happy. I recommend these guys to everyone!
