I received excellent follow up from a different Kohls manager and that has made me feel a lot better.
Its an okay store as far as having stock. But one of the managers, Alex, clearly hates working in retail. You know how some retail managers make you feel good about shopping in their store? Yeah, he does not, at all. Most of the other employees seem nice though. Thankfully there are Kohls practically on every corner. I'll save this store just for my returns.
