The labcorp on Ontario Ave in Corona is really great. I have had a few bad experiences at the Partridge location, and the last one (posted review), forced me over to Ontario Ave, three weeks late on my blood test!
They are VERY efficient, got me in and out pretty quick, no waiting around for over an hour, even with an appointment. The young lady that drew my blood was very nice, I wish I got her name, but I didn't. She also informed me that the Partridge location was closer to me, so I informed her of my last appointment there, that I had set 3 months in advance, and they canceled the day before my appointment, though they apparently knew far in advance that they had been short staffed for quite a long time!
I really liked the Ontario location, only it was miles out of my way to get there! I highly recommend this location.
The Eastvale location is the next one closest to me, but the people there also need to be taught customer service skills!

They always close the appointment, don’t accept any walk-in. We should be here at 7 AM To make our blood test at 3 pm because we are walking. They don’t understand if somebody sick somebody on the wheelchair or in the gurney they are so rude.

Highly recommend you make an appointment and you will be in & out quickly! All phlebotomists are extremely professional & nice. If you’re a walk-in, expect to wait upwards of 1-2 hours…

Treashure was the lab tech who helped me with my pre-employment screening. She was kind and gentle. She kept me smiling and laughing so I didn’t even notice the blood draw! She does amazing work and LabCorp is lucky to have her.
> 1 hr wait which is impressive considering the line and the fact that the location only staffed two lab techs. They both did a great job keeping the line moving. Both techs had polite and courteous attitudes despite other patients being openly disrespectful to them.

Absolutely horrible experience. I checked in at kiosk at 9am and given option to wait or set appointment. Place was full, no chairs, and people standing everywhere. I opted to schedule time for 1030am. I waited outside in my car and proceeded to check in at 1020am. I received a text stating I was check in and would receive text message when ready to see me. 11am and no message. I walked inside again and again a crowd of people angrily waiting to be seen. As I stood for over 20 minutes to see if staff member would call me or at least come out of the office to submit my appt inquiry, another patient told me it was their lunch hour. So I waited another hour to get a hold of a staff member. Btw I was fasting. 1220pm I finally got ahold of a staff member only to be told my appt had passed and I had to register again at the kiosk!! I asked to speak with management, Karina, to explain my situation and seek resolution. Karina told me I could either leave or register again and wait several more hours!! I called customer service only to be told someone from management would call me back in 10 minutes. It’s 7pm now and no call. Labcorp clearly doesn’t give a crap about clients and worse doesn’t stand by their appointment process. Do yourself a favor and go to Quest instead.
