Horrible location. Booked an appointment for this location weeks ago to find out that the place is closed. No notification or anything and then the address they gave wasn’t even the right address. I had to just find the closest one and they won’t even honor the appointment and so they put you at walk in which was a 2.5 hour wait. I don’t understand why they would accept an appointment and give a confirmation number if there is no appointment and /or cancel without even letting us know and not rebook for us at another location.

I had an appointment for today, scheduled 3 months ago. I got an email & text, yesterday morning, informing me that I needed to reschedule due to them having been closed for a week. I should have been told, much sooner, since this schedule was already done 3 months ago!
I have to have a blood test every 3 months, and now I've been forced to reschedule with a different labcorp, miles out of my way, and the soonest I can get in is 3 weeks from now. That will put my doctor's visit off by at least 1-2 weeks.
This is not the first time I have had trouble with this particular labcorp. I've been going to this one, a few times. A couple of the ladies there are ALMOST a little pleasant, no matter how polite I am to them. I had never put in a review before, because I don't like to complain, but this IS my health, and I SHOULD have been notified sooner, since they knew this was an on going problem.
Hopefully the new labcorp will be better. My only other choice was the one in Eastvale, and don't get me started on that one! 🤦♀️ I had been going there for quite a while before going to the one in Corona! Geeeez!

Partridge location staff was kind and calmed my fears. If you speak to them respectfully, they do their jobs without a problem. I witnessed several people walkin on May 7th being rude and dismissive of the staff. They could have gone to any other location, but decided to harass the staff at this location like trouble makers. Sad! Pathetic!
Thank you to the staff for helping me throuugh lab draws and immunizations.

The staff is always rude, always understaffed and now they've been closed for 2-3 weeks due to being understaffed. They didn't notify me my appt was cancelled due to being understaffed. I ended up in ER cause the tests I needed ran they had cancelled my appt. Putting my health at risk. I'll be filing a complaint and possible lawsuit. I have appt Friday at another location that's almost an hr away cause I have to have appt. I can't sit and wait for 5+ hrs together labwork. They need to get their SHIT TOGETHER if they reopen this location. Why not pull staff from other locations to cover this location. Feel bad for the elderly that have been inconvenienced from this shitty labcorp. I'm also calling my insurance to see if they can help me too to get my bloodwork done or I'll end up in ER AGAIN.

My son’s dr ordered stat bloodwork. We tried to go that same evening but all locations were closed. We tried to take him to Chino Hills the next morning before school since they open at 6:30am. We arrived at 6:15 to find 30+ people already waiting. We had to leave for school and work at 7:30 am so we decided to take off school and work the following day and try walk in service at Corona. They open at 8am, we checked in at 8:41am and it flashed a message that said something about a 2 hour wait time. We sat inside Walgreens for 5 hours until he was finally called back. There were a ton of people waiting for hours and hours and getting more disgruntled by the minute. At one point, a very agitated phlebotomist lady came out to let us know that they were only seeing people with appointments first, then only after they’ve all been seen can they start taking us walk-ins. She proceeded to make disparaging comments throughout our visit like how we were showing up with hard veins and dehydrated so they couldn’t find our veins, she was about to go cry in the car again, they are the only ones that even take walk ins, etc, etc…The other two phlebotomist ladies were very nice and professional. We didn’t leave the building until 1:55pm. There was no system put in place where we could check our place in the queue, estimated wait times, and when it would be our turn. It would be nice to have someone there that can answer our questions as well. This place is very understaffed and they need to invest in a virtual queue management system immediately.

This is the worst place even with an appointment you have to wait almost an hour. The last time I went the guy left me a huge bruise. I had bad experiences before but I didn't have a choice but to go there cause they had an appointment sooner than any other place. I regretted going. I wish I could post the pictures I took of my arm the same day I had the blood work done.

Incredibly nice people, very understanding. Cut them some slack though. If you're going to come in please don't rush in an hour before closing. Like they're too nice to turn anyone away but still they had a solid dozen people come in as walk ins during that window despite only having two people in.

Everything was great until two couple years 2023 2024 walking in there very negative Vibes lady who used to be nice to me. She had attitude and they have new people and young woman she was so rude, it was my turn and then she looked at me and she said hold on your nex and she called the other person so I don’t feel safe for my blood work in this place and then she started making a lot of noise. I don’t know why she did that she wears a mask.? very unprofessional unsafe something is going on in there

They took 2 tubes of blood from my 2-year-old son and since there was no more blood coming out, they started moving their needle and the baby started crying so I told them I'd better come back after a while and finish taking the blood and when I came back they had already The blood was drawn... so they stung both his arms again to get the blood out.
