I purchased their forged ACS rack in early 2022. And these photos are taken this past week. The door on the XL pod warped so it no longer seals. Contacted their customer support department for solutions to fix this. Followed directions given by their CS rep, but did not rectify the problem. I cannot track down my order number/proof of purchase so Leitner refused to help.
Do not buy! If you do, don’t lose your proof of purchase because the XL pods will warp eventually

“Thorough search”?
One thing your CS rep never asked in order to verify the purchase, is my personal information. How thorough can your database search be when you don’t even have the basic information. Need I post pictures of the entire email chain?
What worked for your other customers didn’t work for me, I followed your instructions to the T.
Discount? 15% to buy the same product that would fail again in a few years? I’d rather not.

ive been through 2 other rack systems before i purchased from leitner and i really should have bought from them first. the products are amazing but what really makes this company different is the team at leitner. every single time ive either called or been down to their shop every single person is friendly and go above and beyond for their customers.

Great product hands down, however it’s the support and warranty of after sales that’s even better than the product itself.I had a one off manufacturing defect on the mounting brackets. Powder coating started to fail.No issues, they send me the new brackets overnight.

We've been using and abusing our Leitner racks and equipment on our support trucks for going on 4+ years. They've chased off road motorcycle groups all over the canyon lands and mountain ranges of the southwest USA down through the Copper Canyon and Baja Peninsula of Mexico. Never have our Leitner racks let us down.We recently refreshed one of our racks with some updated gear and equipment and are very pleased with how all the parts integrated and improved an already great system.Thanks for the great products you create and stand behind.

We popped in and bought a Forged full size bed rack for my F250. Great customer service from the moment we walked in. No pressure sales, and very knowledgeable about the product installations. We even discovered a wonderful discount for Law Enforcement personnel. We will be going back to purchase more accessories SOON!
