More money than I really wanted to spend but the car came out great! Looks brand new! Going to give to my sister but the old paint was faded and badly chipped. Had to fix it for her. Love the color, I picked it out.

BAITED & SWITCHED . Maaco has always had the reputation of being a cheap, affordable paint option that isn’t show room quality, but you get what you pay for and it’ll look better than it did for a couple years. But your online prices are VERY misleading. You claim that PAINT JOBS start at 899 for basic, 1299 for mid grade, 1899 for superior, and 3500 and up for elite. This is a LIE. And my vehicles paint was faded and old, but ZERO dings or body damage, yet You have all sorts of hidden charges and fees. Anything over a small sedan? 500 here, another 500 there on top of another ,300 and another 150, 15 bucks there ect … ON TOP of the online prices. I figured I’d do an inexpensive paint job for 12-1500 bucks, but you want to charge 3k PLUS for the single stage cheapest paint job because, you also have the reputation of calling and charging for more as you go, so this “estimate’ can and will go much higher. A body shop will be doing the paint I wanted for 1,900 instead of your 3k plus. It’s more than I originally wanted or expected to do, but at least I wasn’t blindsided or misled. Very disappointing.

I have a Toyota tundra 2002 that the paint was getting bad then it got really bad and as you know, Toyotas have that problem as they get older. My truck looked horrible as well as the shell covering the bed. I had them paint the whole thing the same color the dark green i did not do the Change of paint or have them do any of the door jambs , but I’m telling you it came out really good. I was very very very happy. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and I may get another car done there soon.

Customer service sucks! Daniel Gallego came out to give me an estimate for paint job on truck and was completely clueless on why I was there. I made an appointment and sent all my vehicle information prior to arriving but still had no idea. After going outside I asked him if they had any of my information or vehicle information that I filled out online and he said no. I asked him what was the purpose of me filling out all the information online if they didn’t receive it and he said “you can ask corporate”. Since I arrived he had a little attitude. I was about ready to drop off truck for a complete paint job but I’d rather take my business elsewhere to a place that doesn’t give snotty remarks when you ask a question.
