I am beyond pleased with my purchase and Mac Star’s customer service!!
I ordered an iPad and Apple pen online and at first was weary of ordering it however I needed to use a payment plan. I got a text notifying that I needed to share my ID- being it was the end of 2025 I just knew I was being scammed as it came from a random number and some guy named Michael.
Fearful at first, I tried to cancel my order noting I was going to need to change the order to a higher storage count. Michael eased every worry I had and made the change for me without needing to cancel and got my order shipped out that same day.
Magically it got from California to my door in GA in two days (mind you I ordered this LATE 12/30; 12/31 I verified myself 1/2 it was at my door). I opened the expertly packed FedEx box and my iPad and pen was packed to perfection. FedEx could have threw it and nothing would have happened to the contents.
I did have one issue, the pen would not charge. After chatting again with Michael 1/2 sending videos/photos he immediately had a replacement pen sent and it was at my door 1/4!! I mean what in the customer service?!?! 💐
As a paying customer I appreciated everything done to assure I was happy with my purchase, as a supervisor over a customer service team myself- I was BLOWN AWAY! No matter where you live I 100% recommend ordering your electronics from here! I’ll be back to order my Cannon camera soon 🥰

I had an amazing experience, The customer service was absolutely top shelf, I highly recommend this company to anyone, I was told it would take 5 to 7 days to receive my Ipad only to find out I was getting it 2nd day air! I will continue to shop here!!!

Great customer service!! Worked with Melissa on OfferUp and answered all of my questions and provided more information that really helped. Went to the store and she really went above and beyond by contacting the store that was closest to me and letting them know I’d be arriving right before the store closed. The employees in the corona location were great, they helped me get the camera I was looking for and provided a means to get the product with a great program. Everything went very well, and I’m really happy with the whole process. They even let me go through the process close to 30 minutes after the store closed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will definitely be going back again

There was a camera on sale for $400, I asked what I was going to buy)) I drove 150 miles, and they told me the camera costs $750🤷♂️💪

Ignacio at Mac Star Camera went above and beyond! I was about to go with another vendor, but he followed up quickly, searched for the products I needed, and even special-ordered an item that was out of stock. Great service and attention to detail—I’m a happy camper!

If you’re trying to make a decision on where to buy your drone then keep reading please. I really need to make sure people know that the professionals at the Mac Star Camera and Electronics store in Corona, Californiaaaaaaa! Are a top notch, A-Grade, a get-you-out-of-a-bind Team! I drove from Fresno because I trusted them to come through and supply me and I was right. I was not paid to say any of this. I felt it was my civic duty to let others know that if you are doubtful cause you found them on OfferUp don’t let that scare you. They are trustworthy And there are great techs in that brick and mortar store. A little background…We purchased a DJI Mini 4 Pro with FMC + and I was not disappointed. A little pricey but for the peace of mind in getting a new drone it was worth it. Frankie helped me out and we also interacted with the other agents that were there and we all got along great. I will purchase my next drone and camera equipment from here from now on.

Mac Star Camera is an awesome store. I ordered a insta 360 camera at 11 am and had it at my door the next day at 1 pm. They texted and called to give me up dates or if I had any issues
