I had gifted my mom a new phone and I tried to activate it myself at home but I don't know what i did. The website kept telling me she needed to change her plan so I did. The whole point was that the phone was still not working when I did the changed. I walked in to the store with my mom and sister-in-law. We were greeted by Eric. Eric was extremely helpful, very patient, super nice, very knowledgeable. He was able to change my moms plan back to what she previously had. He also assisted my sister-in-law with an issue she had. He went above and beyond. Thank you Eric!

I usually come into this store to either pay my bill or buy a new phone. This time was neither. My screen cracked pretty bad and wouldn't recognize touch so I had no phone. All I wanted to do was switch data to an older phone I had. Pretty simple right ? NOPE. KIM said I needed to know exact amounts of my last payment and the exact date to access my account. Umm shouldn't the phone carrier have that info ? She wanted me to drive to riverside corporate to ask questions !? Whyyy ?I knew that was rediculous. KIM could care less and just wanted me to leave. She knows nothing about her job clearly and has zero customer service skills. I drove a mile away to another store and the woman helped me with no problem and took 5 minutes! KIM needs more training ! If you go to this store DO NOT DEAL with KIM. She doesn't care about the customer and I will NEVER be back at this location.

I was so impressed by Hillary who explained that she couldn't open our accounts (t mobile ). She listened intently, handled a few customers popping in front of us to ask a quick question firmly and politely. She called the location that could help us, remembered every detail of what we had told her, got the answers we needed. She definitely showed management quality service. Thank you.

I went to pay my bill , and the girls there were very nice , especially a young lady named Stephanie , she acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door, very nice and helpful , best customer service I've had , would definitely recommend to my family and friends

Went into metro to get the lady a new phone and the line as well. Only worker present was a young lady names Kimberly. Very helpful and got us the best possible deal that was within our spending limit . and was all around a very good customer service rep for you guys. Give her a raise and a promotion cause she knows her stuff as well.

There was only one not very attentive girl assisting customers around noon on 2-20-19. I waited for a long time although she was only assisting one customer. I gave up to come back later after 5 PM, only to re-live the same scenario...ONE CUSTOMER in front of me! She was taking forever transferring photos, and didn't acknowledge me. When I asked why she had no help during peak hours, she said her Supervisor couldn't find coverage. When I told her I was going to another Metro PCS, she aloofly replied "that's fine". I understand things happen, but when they do, you apologize to the customer, you don't treat them with apathy. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Worst Customer Service I have ever seen or known. specially employee named Diane could care less what you need, does not even take the time to check or find out if your able to do any changes in your account without knowing straight tells you it's not her problem!!! . If your able to go somewhere else please do so. They really need to train them in Customer Service.
