we visited the week before halloween and it seemed as though it was an early christmas sale because they had a lot of items out and at a good low price. there were also mark downs on halloween and fall items as well which we ended up purchasing. i would also advise to keep an eye out for online coupons or in store prices to take advantage of the pricing before purchasing. we did spend a little time wandering as it seemed like they didn't have enough available staff for the people in the store but that was fine. the store itself shares the parking lot with the other stores in the shopping center.

Great store if you enjoy doing hobbies. They also have a huge selections of holiday decorations no matter what the holiday is and most of it is very affordable.

Hello! I decided to come to Micheals to buy a birthday gift for an 81yr old friend . As I was standing in the back where the frames were this employee who works there greet me w/ rudeness which she had a girl right beside her . Ur look or approach was not friendly-like I didn't matter she said do you need something. Obviously I do . I rang the bottom before she came she didn't bother with that . Didn't see me directly like I was no one -she had glass w/ black hair -a little on the big side . Very rude . She knew I was bothered . A blonde girl helped me after she was nice and Alex was super super nice . Alex deserve a raise . She helped me w/all my needs and ?'s . I will only come back for my frame that I ordered. It's like they don't luv their job . No go for me . To dry and not welcome .

I come to this location almost weekly, but today Alex from custom framing went above and beyond with some thing she was not required to do. I was chatting with her earlier today about custom matting a few collaborative, thank you cards from special people in the community of multiple sclerosis. Her customer service is always on point. I had all of the cards in my cart heading back to my car. She called me personally from the store to let me know that she had gone out to the parking lot on our lunch break and saw that I had dropped one of them hours later and remembered my name to look up my customer profile to call me and tell me that she is saving it for me when I'm ready to pick it up. she did not have to do this. Management, please recognize Alex's wonderful customer, service, and care for her customers. She is clearly going above and beyond company expectations! Management, please recognize her for this professional and kind of act.

My brother and mom's favorite store to go here for their jewelry to start with! We'll be coming back here for more if only it's on sale! It's clean and I like it because it'll help with this business going!
