Pharmacy is horrible they don't acknowledge you cuz they are just talking and laughing and then when they notice you they are just like ugh very unprofessional

by far the worst wait in the drive thru pharmacy!!!!! they are extremely slow and don't put patients first!!!! literally would wait for 30 minutes just to pick up my prescriptions!!!! going to forsure transfer to another pharmacy!!!! absolutely ridiculous!!!!! they dont deserve any stars!!!!!

Absolutely grotesque customer service. Receiving attitude and an eye roll for asking to use the restroom while waiting for a pharmacy order to be filled actually made me cancel my order and go somewhere else. Two thumbs way down.

Cvs in 6th St. is always my go to Pharmacy. Nice staffs. Always have the medicines and products/items needed.

I was shopping & the manager Alicia came up clearly irate & aggressive asking me if I was in there the other day. I said no I don't live in Corona & ive only been in this store 1 time about a year ago & she didn't even let me finish talking before she grabbed my cart saying that I had been in that cvs recently so she needed to keep my items upfront. I understand she's probably confused cuz I don't shop in that cvs so she needs to do her job & open her eyes because she's mistaken. she had no right to grab my cart all aggressive when I didn't do anything wrong. she needs to act like a manager & take a customer service course. I'll never shop at cvs again thanks to that untrained "manager".

I'm not sure what to rate this store because the new manager is wonderful but I really miss the old staff. Some of the newer staff are really starting to bother me they're constantly directing me to self checkout when I do not want to use self-checkout because I am not a paid employee. I like to be wrong up by staff members because I like to ask them if I have any coupons or if I can use my extra care pass card instead they just shove me over to self-checkout I wish that shelf check out didn't exist. I have stated several different times they do not wish to use the self checkout and I feel bullied into using it. This evening I was purchasing something and I told her twice I did not wish to use it and she told me that she was busy. She grab the item from my hand walked me over there rang it up and asked me cash your card didn't even ask me if I had a CVS card. I know it sounds like something small to complain about but I am really sick of being treated like I am an inconvenience as a customer.

I give only one star for HALF OF THE staff, few and VERY FAR between am I blessed with associates that seem to care. I am a frequent to this location, and have grown up almost 40 years here. Maybe I am in the wrong, because I expect management to be the leadership, yet today I was wrong. Everyone is always on the go here. The C.S.R.'s here that I experienced...are more helpful/knowledge than the management/team leaders. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years of my life, over half being management. I give reviews when I feel It is needed, I definitely tend to be more on the positive side, as I understand it is detrimental to the employees and their performances.Yet, lately this specific employee that I have seen, i usually do self check out...but it shows on my receipt the name Is Laura. She doesn't show the Brand ambassador you want, and the rudeness makes me want to go elsewhere. I have observed multiple times. I made a purchase today, no one behind(consciousness of anyone waiting), I stepped away to reprint my coupons to see what I had off. When I got back, she had had already closed the sale and was just waiting for payment. She only stated "there's a few questions, you'll have to answer on my side. Yes...I donated to cancer treatment, did she ask or explain what I'd be signing/agreeing about I'd probably of been more inclined to add more than just rounding up my cents. From a management standpoint/perspective....she was the furthest from what I would want to represent. Even after I asked if i had added my number to the sales, she said no..and just left it at that. NEVER ONCE DID SHE ASK IF I HAD A NUMBER ASSOCIATED TO THE ACCOUNT.

Typical of this pharmacy, they don't have it and can't get it til next week. WTH??? Why don't you keep your stock like your suppose to? What good is a pharmacy without medication???

Worst customer service you could ever receive from a store manager. I have been going to cvs on Magnolia in Corona and they have the best customer service. Don't ever go to this location!!
