maybe they do good install work, but when i placed an order for parts, i was billed for it and never got any tracking or follow-up info on the order for 11 days and counting. emailed, no response. called first time, was told i would receive tracking next day, which did not happen. called again, got forwarded to a random person's voicemail. had to call a third time, finally got ahold of someone and was told they have no info from the manufacturer, so oh well. they don't seem to give a damn, be wary ordering from them.

Like a kid in a candy store.... great place, great service, lots of options they even have a shop out back to assist you in installing parts. Maintenance, repairs, alignment... they have upgraded mods and performance mods. And accessories.... calling and asking for info is good. But going in person is best....

Luis and his install team performed magic with the installation of my Behind-the-Grill Baja Design LP6 Light Kit for my RAM. They wired it up to match my Baja Design Light Bar and added the Hi/Lo Beam function to the LP6's. Perfect install, thanks again team!

Got a leveling kit installed on my F150 by 4wheel parts. Suspension not right after that even though I complained of issue, and they did nothing, kept getting told no problem existed.
So decided to go to ORW, where I met Alberto, after listening to my vehicles condition he offered to have his shop Forman do a ride along to feel and understand my issue. And he realized the problem and offered the perfect solution. Very greatful that they took the time to figure out a problem that was not theirs to correct. Truck handles great now.
Thank you all at ORW, my truck is a pleasure to drive again.

Had 5.29 gears installed in my Tacoma. They lasted just long enough to make it past the warranty period before failing. Pinion depth and pattern was done incorrectly. They out source their gear work to premier west gear. Paid top dollar for bad quality.

I ordered a pair of Baja lights for my bronco and they were late coming in. So periodically checking in the Temecula store, your employees were above and beyond helpful. They personally called the company twice and were told the lights were being packaged and would be in the mail shortly. However, this wasn’t the case.
I personally went in On October 6 and personally had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Chris. He also went above and beyond as I asked for my refund. Totally apologetic for Baja telling him one thing and not Coming through with your order. They were now told that they were backordered. I ended up getting a refund, but also bought some merchandise while there. The professionalism of your group and Chris was above and beyond. I am running to come in them for them being empathetic with my issue. So if you can relay this message to Chris and his employees I would be more than appreciative. I will continue to shop at the Temecula store.

Stopped by their booth at offroad expo and ordered over $500 of parts. The guys there were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were unfortunately out of stock at the expo but said if I placed an order with them I'd have the parts probably Monday or Tuesday. Tried calling them three times the following Thursday because I hadn't received anything. Two times it went to the voicemail of some guy named Bob. The third time somebody actually picked up and then hung up immediately after I heard voices in the background for a quick second. I tried logging into the website to track my order, but it shows that I don't have any orders on my account. I checked my credit card and the charge is there. I'd give them one star for horrendous customer service but I gave them an extra one because of how nice the guys in person were. My recommendation would be just buy parts with them in person. They are using some archaic database software from the early 90s for their orders and it looks like they only have one guy working their customer support line. Hopefully my parts show up at some time within the next week or I'll have to do a charge back through my credit card.
