Very upset, I called early morning to schedule an appointment to get my dog vaccinated, the person I spoke to said you don't need an appointment you can do a walk in and we will take care of your dog. Turns out they don't take walk ins and now I wasted my time. False information given from the staff. I should of scheduled an appointment somewhere else.

On May 13th, I went to get my kitten vaccinated, but I had to go home because the doctor said the 3-month-old kitten was going to kill her. The cat was in a box provided by vetco. But it got fleas. My cat is indoor cat and it was the first day he went outside. I was really disappointed with the worst service and sanitary conditions.

i've taken my medium sized husky about 4 times to get groomed and i always have to show that she has her vaccinations. i had an appointment today at 11 and who I believe was the manager chose to not accept her because her vaccines were in a legit vaccination paper with all the stickers from the vaccination bottles. now i've taken her here many times and never have they told me that they can't take her in because i need to have a paper of the vaccines. The guy didn't even bother to look at them or read any of it he looked at my dog and made up some lame excuse that he couldn't take her in. he was extremely rude by the way he talked to me. a nice worker was the one that had the vaccines first and she was actually going through them but they guy went and just snatched it from her. if he doesn't like grooming dogs or wants to choose what dogs he grooms. He is a lazy, disrespectful worker. don't take your pets to get groomed here

I went to purchase fish. No one was in the area so I went to the register and had an associate call. It was myself and another family waiting for assistance. After the front register called for assistance it still took the associate another 10 minutes to come. The associate immediately asked how big was our tank. I told her 70 gallons. She proceeded to ask when was the last tank cleaning, how many other fish we had in the tank. I felt interrogated. The staff on that store are not friendly, and come as if they are annoyed to have to assist customers.
