Horrible customer service, waited over 30 minutes for someone to help in the fish department. No one ever came. Waste of time and gas.

PetSmart is always great. Everything my dog needs. He likes to go there. And if a dog has an accident on the they are ok with it.

If you truly care about your pet do not bring them here. This location performed an operation on my animal and the male veterinarian said oh his stitches may come out? This was after the surgery had been completed. If they may come out then maybe we should do them differently or do the procedure properly so that it is not a chance. Well 2 days later they came out and then exposed his bone, brought him back in and the lady veterinarian said well the other veterinarian should have taken the bone down further and it's wasn't done right but we can fix it with another operation for another $1000 dollars. If it wasn't done right the first time you shouldn't have to pay to have it fixed a second time. If your willing to risk your animals health on a quarter flip, that they may get the proper veterinarian at this location to take care of them then by all means bring them here, but if you truly care take them elsewhere do not come here run away.

Only reason I give 3 stars is because of previous good experience…BUT we are not happy with today’s grooming service. We have taken our dog to this location multiple times and never had an issue. We had today’s appt for a bath, brush, teeth brushing and nail grinding. The groomer could not grind his nails but yet still expect us to pay a higher price than original thought? They upgraded his shampoo and conditioner automatically and just because they already did that I have to pay for that when I didn’t agree to it? I had to really bring up my complaint with another employee because our groomer left. Yet it was a battle for them to lower the price for the nail grinding but yet I still had to pay for the upgraded shampoo and conditioner when I didn’t want that. The attitude they had too to lower the price. Make sure you check your invoice and state what you are paying before you leave before they rip you off! Will not be booking with groomer Suzette! And need to talk to your employees about your attitude towards customers

The gentleman at the register was an absolute angel! He helped with any questions I had and greeted everyone with a huge smile. He was so happy to just be doing his job. It was like a breathe of fresh air if I'm honest.. I hope his employer sees this and can let him know he is valued Cashier- 414790 I can't believe I didn't get his name I was just in awe and surprised with the customer service

This Petsmart is our go to. Every employee we've met here is always so kind and helpful. We almost spent nearly 200 on a cat tree for our iguana, when the cashier helped us find one for 70 dollars cheaper and our iguana loves it ! And it matched better for her room also so it was a double bonus ! ??

For sure the place to go for any pet fish needs. Have plenty to choose from and the associate there has a lot of knowlege about fish and fish care!!!
