“I was prescribed something that is currently a bit hard to get. My doctor sent the prescription to Wallgreens, they didn't have it, and they wouldn't help me at all beyond that. I called several other known pharmacies; none were helpful. They ether didn't have it, or they refused to even discuss it. So I started looking for other places, I called Be Well (never heard of them), they didn't have it, but they were actually willing to help! They were able to order me a generic equivent and have it in over the weekend, all I was asked to do was first check with the doctor to make sure that was OK and then have the prescription sent. It was ready the day they said it would be. The pharmacist and assistant were very nice, and willing to answer all my questions about the medication (I had several). 10/10 highly reccomend!”

“Store isn't too bad to get in and out of and is generally well kept. Gas station only has one pump per lane and takes quite a while to get through.
Not holding my breath on Sam's taking any meaningful action. I reported a serious concern about the Ontario, CA pharmacy and it was all talk and zero follow through.”

“I would like to recognize an employee who went above and beyond for me today--Robinson (couldn't see the whole name tag, so I'm guessing).Today I went to pick up an order and mentioned how the app only offers one alternative when something isn't available. He asked me what I would have gotten instead. When, I told him he said: Let me pack your groceries in your car, then I'll check. He went back into the store and was unable to find what I wanted. BUT, he brought out another possible substitution. Wow! Talk about service and critical thinking!I so appreciate this employee going above and beyond! Hope he gets some kind of recognition.”
