I went to them to mail an international letter. They charged me and yet my letter came back to me for insufficient postage. So they took my money and didn’t put on appropriate postage for my letter.

I will never return to this Postal Annex mail center. I used to be a loyal customer, but my recent experience was unacceptable. On November 15, I went in to ship an electric device. A young employee, who seemed inexperienced, asked me some questions, and I provided clear answers. Despite this, he seemed uncertain, but assured me everything “should be fine.”
However, when the package was returned due to an issue, I was told it was my responsibility and was asked to pay an additional $50 to resend it. When I confronted them and stood my ground, the staff reluctantly resolved the issue, but it felt like they were trying to take advantage of me for their own mistake.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and I would caution others to be careful when dealing with this location.

Passport Photos and Mailing!!Walked in for pictures to renew my passport.While there she offered to print the online form(tech error on my part made it impossible)So she printed the hard copy for me to fill out manually.Grabbed a money order at the Vons next door.Super friendly and helpful! Took a stressful thing and made it easier on me. Whole process took me an hour, and I saved money by not going to an appointment only agency.Store is immaculate and clean. I appreciate that!

The girl who works there totally wanted to cheat me. I wanted to get a document notarized. She said $15 per signature for notary service. I agreed for $15 and then once she notarized the document, she started asking for $30. she said, $15 per signature. I said, you only signed once, she said $15 per your signature not mine, I signed in two places in that form so she was asking for $15 per my signature rather than her signature. I knew, the charge is for notary signature and doesnt matter how many times the customer signs the document and since she only signed once, I said I will only pay $15. She became angry and took my document and said, I will keep the document and refused to give me the document. Just wanted to post this review so that everyone can be careful.

I went to drop off two UPS packages and asked for a receipt, for my peace of mind / proof that I had dropped off my packages (they were returns). The lady working there stated it’s “corporate policy” to not give out receipts. Seems absurd to me?The PostalAnnex location near Green River is always happy to provide a receipt, so clearly it’s not corporate policy.
