I found Premier Armor on my instagram and looked at some of their pictures. After speaking with Eric and getting a quote I decided to give them a chance and having my 2024 Tesla Model Y PPF’d. I got the whole front end done and they did not disappoint me. The job was flawless and done to my liking. They take the time to show you the process and give you a tour of their facility which most don’t do. I highly recommend Premier Armor.

It had been eight years since I had paint protection film applied to the front group of my Lexus IS-F, and despite being garaged and covered its entire life when not being driven, the film was showing its age.There are a lot of installers of paint protection film. Make no mistake, they are not all equal in their pursuit of excellence.Premier Armor was recommended to me, and after speaking with Erick at length, made an appointment. Upon arrival and after a tour, their commitment to excellence is easily recognized. High end vehicles everywhere, with a team of conscientious installers to complete the tasks at hand.The owner, Nick, is a patriotic American and just an overall cool human.The install of Expel product on my F is flawless. Special thanks to my installer Rob and his sidekick Justin. Both are affable, conscientious humans and I was certainly happy with the quality of work.If you are considering paint protection film to properly protect your ride, look no further than Premier. You will not be disappointed.

Nick and his team, are courteous professionals who are willing to work with you. The full car XPEL PPF + Ceramic coating application on my vehicle still looks as good as Day One. Very impressive after almost 5 years ago! The level of customer service Nick and his team exhibit is impeccable! Customer service that extends beyond the first interaction. The 140 mile trek for me to the shop is always worth it.

Nick, Eric, and TEAM have brilliantly taken care of two of my cars! What they do for their clients is not a job to them. It’s their passion! Easy to see too! Also, their clients are more than that, in their eyes they are family!! Now, the skill level and execution is it far and above where it needs to be! I have been a car guy my whole life. They are more than cars to me. I will only take my babies to Nick and Team!

Professional prices for mediocre service.Save your time and money and get your window tint done elsewhere.Jagged edges and crooked edges on many of the tinted panels. Multiple large scraps of tint pushed under seats and left in the vehicle. Streaks left on rear panels indicating 0 time spent cleaning up after the service.A perceived disregard for customer property, my brand new vehicle was returned with scratches and dings on many interior panels, including the backseat arm wrests and the A pillar trim.I received the impression that the shop is quite understaffed for the volume they take on, resulting in obviously rushed and unprofessional product.I had my vehicle redone FOUR times, each seemingly worse than the last. With the final results being better, but questionable for the price paid.Go somewhere that will do it right the first time, or even the second.I only received window tint, I cannot speak to their PPF services.

First and foremost, all of the staff is extremely polite and very very helpful. I personally delt with Eric; however, when I first brought my truck in, I had the owner, Eric and a couple other employees talk to me about my truck and the different ways I could go. I also got a full walk through of the facility and the whole wrap process. I went in wanting clear PPF which they said was great and they also introduced me to a Satin wrap and said that my truck would look aggressive with that wrap. They slapped on a sample on the truck and let me see it inside and outside in the sun. I was still hesitant. I decided to go with the satin look. I couldn't be more pleased with the look and the quality of detail they put into the wrap. Cris was my installer and she did awesome. They put one person to a vehicle so they can take pride and ownership of that vehicle and let's say Cris was top notch. I highly recommend this company. ?

So, I brought my super cool Tesla model Y and I took it to Premier Armor to get this awesome thing called Paint Protection Film stealth and tint. Let me tell you, the people there are seriously amazing! Now my car looks totally awesome on the outside, and I've been getting tons of compliments from everyone. Erick is like super passionate about the work he and his crew do. And you know what? Eric and Nick, who work there too, are just really great people. Seriously, if you need any PPF stuff, I totally recommend Premier Armor. They're the best!

Premier Armor group has my Trust!Where do I start? These guys know their stuff and more so, are very easy to work with. I was one of the skeptics who did not believe Tesla had a lot of paint and build quality issues and pulled the trigger on a Model S Plaid. Prior to picking up my car, I visited the Premier Armor site and had a walk-through with Erik and also Met Nick and the team. All were very professional and very detailed in their craft. Erik was my auto protection consultant and took his time to ask what I wanted and how long I was keeping the car for. After he understood my needs, he started to recommend the products and their benefits to each product. Fair to say, I was not his easiest customer as I came with a firm budget and also had my wife influencing my decision.I recall a few pointers Erik had mentioned right off the back as if I ever owned a Tesla and have I had been on long drives in one. Being this is my first Tesla he was very detailed and advised me that with the heat from the all-glass roof, things will get hot and stay hot. More so, blasting the AC would make the drive noisy, uncomfortable, and annoying while the car will get much fewer miles per charge. So he suggested a darker tint for the glass roof. I AM SOO GLAD I TOOK HIS ADVICE!!! Then we moved on to window tinting color and he took the information I gave him and suggested a completed shade suggestion. Although it was 1 shade darker than I wanted, i agreed and went with it. Man, it turned out amazing. (New film technology is darker from the outside but looks almost untinted from the inside). Overall, the shade of the tint came out perfect to my liking. I learned to listen to the pros going forward. haha, especially Erik.Then we on to talk about the PPF, we discussed many options but because I was firm on owning a blacked-out Model S, I stuck to clear. Erik did suggest going matted as it will show more definition of the Tesla Model S since it does not have a lot of edge so it would make the car stand out more. I struggled with this decision as my wife wanted a clean factory-looking model S so I decided to go clear. HA, a week later, I texted Erik and told him I wish I had gone matted. haha. So only decision, I decided against their decision, and I soon regretted it. hahaThere are many other details things Premier Armor crew has gone above and beyond for me.They helped me walk through the car and found all the issues Tesla ended up fixing before the PPF installation.They kept my car charged since it was within the first 100 miles. (Battery conditioning).Help me reinstall the spoiler Tesla replaced me (the original one had a chip on it).Erik highly suggested windshield protection and I am glad I took his advice.All and all my car turned out beautiful and just the way I want it. Thanks to this trusty group of professionals, I feel my hard-earned money was well spent.PS: Congrats on being XPEL best #1 installer win.
