Went here and dropped $100 on an upgraded manicure due to dry hands and only got top coat. I also got an upgraded pedicure. Got rushed through both. No paraffin wax, junky crap massage, a bunch of packaged sour smelling lavender cheap lotion from dollar tree. Then she proceeded to rub me with 1 cold rock that she did nothing with. Paid for upgrades and got nothing but taken advantage of. The next day I woke up with my nail polish, already peeling off and more hangnails. Worst rushed shittiest job ever. Avoid this place.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I went in for a fill and left with nails even worse than before. First problem is the shape. I wanted almond, these are definitely rounded. I asked for chrome finish, she put a holographic chrome instead of the normal. I asked for hearts on my ring finger & she also decided to add a bunch of random uneven dots for whatever reason without asking me first. My middle finger acrylic fell off a few days prior and I needed a new tip put on..this is the final result. As you can see, the middle finger nail is not laying flat how it should, it is pointed upwards. The vibe wasn't welcoming at all, considering barely any words were said to me since my nail artist was facetime with someone the whole time. 10/10 DO NOT go here.

If I could give yall no stars with a big fat F for failed nail visit I would. All I can say is what in the actual fuckery? Do not recommend. Will be going back tomorrow for money back AND TO have them removed. A word of advice, as a technician you can suggest your ideas but ultimately if a PAYING client tells you they do NOT want a specific color.... You do not take it upon yourself to decide. (She didn't want the initial on her ring finger the color the nail tech FORCED on her). Side note, she's a teen.

I had such a horrible experience and will never come back here, they've got nasty cockroaches there found one on me while getting a pedicure. And they did nothing about it, nail tech just laughs, I turned to my right and find a couple dead ones by the corner yuck!

The worst gel manicure I will never be coming back here almost 3 hrs for a gel manicure ridiculous ! I'm not one to make a scene or get crazy I just won't come back and won't recommend this was by far the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten they dint not want to give the name of the lady who helped me but she was older!

I see all the negative reviews on here and I'm sorry to those who didn't get what they were after. My daughters and I, however, we had a great experience. The girls loved their acrylic nails and I was extremely satisfied with my pedicure. Would definitely go back.

I've patronized this nail salon twice. The first time I got a full set with a single rhinestone added to each nail. I was charged $85 which I felt was a bit high but she did a good job and she gave me what I asked for so I did not complain. I went in yesterday for a fill in, all my nails were intact and looked as good as the day they were originally done. (Only one thumbnail had a slight crack) However this time two of my nails broke within hours of leaving the shop. One from merely driving and a third is already cracked. Now I seldom complain about such things I just don't go back but when you charge me $70 for a simple fill in and they don't last a day I'm sorry that's a problem!
