I had a rather stressful moving experience and felt a bit overwhelmed. By the time I arrived to the property I was at my wits end. Everything that could go wrong and was out of my control did go wrong. However, I worked with Phillipa and Heather who both provided such great customer service. They truly went above and beyond to help me. Their compassion and care honestly helped me pull myself together. They provided solutions and made things so much easier for me. I called them my “Storage Angels”! Thank you ladies for caring about your customers and doing all you could to provide a great service experience ??
