This Ralphs (off Green River in Corona )is 1 mile from my house, I have been a loyal customer since 1989 - I no longer shop there. I do all my grocery shopping at Stater Brother.
This Ralphs shows no employee/customer loyalty
1- they change out their managers on the yearly basis , The managers they have and the managers they bring in are totally clueless of their responsibilities. It’s like they never been trained to do their job. result loss of employees and customers due to piss poor management

I go here alot, I always buy 12 packs of soda. And I am sad that there is no Minute Maid Lemonade 12 packs. Only zero sugar, I would love to see regular Minute Maid lemonade 12 packs in stores.

Ralph's on Green River in Corona is a great store, with the best possible employees, and really good produce. And a great pharmacy.

The worst attitude and the worst customer service I ever seen..
I have been coming in here for long time every time I come in I get a full basket of sodas, Wines and Liquor..
The bigger the basket you get the more money you spend the worst you get treated by the clones they work there..
They see a big basket coming they turn their back.. instead of helping you with a smile and thanking you for business, they do exactly the opposite.. unbelievable

Rude workers. Old woman accused me of stealing because I accidentally placed water outside of the bagging area of self checkout. Then tried to charge me for it twice. She’s rude and shouldn’t work with people.

Thankful for this grocery store. Has every department you need as well as a small amount of Asian and Latin goods. Propane outside and will soon have a Starbucks inside too.

Bad costumer service. All employees seem miserable. Nothing Friendy about this grocery store. Also don't try the order pick up, they purposely pick rotten veggies and fruit.

i'd like to specifically thank Kelly in the bakery department. today i drove all the way to ralphs (there's not one anywhere even remotely near me somehow) just to get a slice of chocolate cake. i had been craving this specific chocolate cake for days now so, after checking online that it was in stock, i decided to make the drive. when i got there i was devastated to see there was in fact NO chocolate cake slices on the sales floor. that's when my hero, Kelly, arrived. i asked if there was any way she could cut me two slices of my desired cake and she happily helped. if it weren't for her i would've driven all the way home heartbroken and empty handed. thank you Kelly

Worst customer service through the self check out. My system was telling me to wait for help twice and the lady working in that area would not help me and kept her hands in her pocket. She wanted the gentleman (checker #501) that worked there with her to come and assist me. It took so long to complete my 6 items self check out. The most irritating part was there were 3 employees in self checkout when I started. I knew I should have gone to Albertsons instead. Ref# 049314 $52.54
