My first time buying a pair of Redwing boots, the measurements were great to know exactly what size shoe that I needed. Maria helped me out trying on boots and insoles. I bought a pair of Irish Settler boots and some insoles, the fit great at first, then I started to notice a squeak every step I took which drove me crazy! So I switched out the insoles to the original ones, which weren’t as thick, so I noticed a lot more room around my toes than before. I ended up coming back to the store today to see if I could exchange them, and was helped by Allen. Even though they were already worn for a few days, he was happy to swap it out and got me a 1/2 size smaller and was able to get some different insoles that don’t make any noise at all.
I even got a $5 refund for the insoles being a bit cheaper. Can’t ask for better customer service, seriously appreciate the help from everyone here. I’ll be buying boots for all of our team members in the future!

Very good shoes that truly last in the trades, staff is very helpful and attentive. They will get you measurement properly for your shoe size. Only issue is the prices but everything is gone up and these shoes are truly worth it. They do have good sales at times where you can get better pricing.

Worst service ever, so I buy two pairs of boots from these guys in corona and one wasn’t available they said it would take 5-7 business days and they would be delivered to my house. Two weeks later they have no answers and say I’ll need to pick them up in their store in another week, so I canceled the order but they can’t refund me without going into the store I love red wings boots been using them for myself and all 10 of my employees for 35 years but this is going to be the last straw going to have to find a better boot somewhere else

I PURCHASED $200 BOOTS FROM THIS STORE FOR YEARS THIS LAST PURCHASE THE BOOTS ARE DEFECTIVE THE STORE “MANAGER” DID WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY MONEY REDWINGS REALLY NEED TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR THERE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE MR.MANAGER DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THERE STORE RETURN POLICY OR WHAT THERE WARRANTY POLICY OR MAYBE HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE A EDUCATION IF YOU WANT BS CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS YOUR STORE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS STORE

Store 192 , Best customer service, Kevin was very helpful and attentive to my job challenges ( CommercialTireTechnician). He recommended Boot 2406 with Super Sole and I gotta say These boots are AWSOME, lite weight and so far can take the beating no problem. Kevin also showed me a couple other options Trueguard Lyte and I will definitely be buying those too, loving my boots and can't wait to get more, simply the best!

These Irish setters are most uncomfortable work boots I've ever bought. Craftsmanship and durability are trash too!!! Only 5 weeks and there breaking down.If your thinking about a pair or currently wear Redwings switch to Timberland Pros. They feel so comfortable on my feet there very durable. I'm switching back to Timberland Pro

They are bad on time. It says they open at 10 am. I was there before 10 am and waited until 10 and didn't open. I was there with another guy until 10:25 and still was closed. I had to leave. They were not responsible at opening the time. It says

I've bought over 8 boots of redwings 4 in this store you talking about over 1k spent just here I came buy my boots and I asked for a little discount they usually give me he said he has never seen no one get discounts in 4 years I was look at my previous purchase he said you got lucky and Being like grumpy that's not the customer service I was like can you get a manager or someone he said there is no need to it is what it is so with that I will drive a little more and get a customer service could've been I wasn't begging for a discount I was willing to pay for the boots full price but not with that customer service
