Lots of empty booths but had to wait with our reservation. The bartender was alone and swamped. Sat down and our server told us the manager had to work the kitchen due to being short staffed. Our server forgot a few of our items. Not a huge deal with this restaurant is obviously going through something.

servers should not be mean to guests/customers, if you do not like the job please do not work in a restaurant business because guests came from their busy work celebrating special day , hungry with family / kids & dont deserve to be treated the way people got treated last night, i really do think that we are not the only one who had the worst experience/bad experience that is for sure. made a reservation but did not get to sitdown after like about 45mins? really? we have to follow up with the host, on why they are not ready? again we made a reservation we are on time & was confirmed so why our table is not ready they know we also confirmed and we are coming? if you are short staff or not enough people in the kitchen or servers why did you accept reservation? our special family day turned unsuccessful it was a nightmare, never again please whoever company owns romano should keep an eye on your staff, train them to be kind and nice to people because its really bad.

Understanding it was Valentines Day & you expect the service to be a little slower, the waitress who served was not customer friendly. We had to ask her twice for another glass of wine & more bread.

I have to say this was the absolute worst experience at this location. Having been here several times even ordering take out during the pandemic. Our waitress left, left and went home before we got our dessert not even a “so and so we'll be taking over now” Just left!! Who does that?!?! After several minutes we inquired, is she coming back with to go boxes ( the last thing she asked) That's when we found out “She went home, she's not normally a server” Why would you do that to customers. We are finding less and less Romano's Macaroni Grills that we love for a night out.

Came here with my family on a Thursday when they first opened. Was immediately greeted by a staff and basically had the whole restaurant to ourselves. It's nice inside. Let's get straight to it. Pros: Easy service during the week. Sat down immediately. Our server, Jenteal, was AMAZING! Attentive, sweet, and was a great host! Food was delicious! Prices are reasonable. Cons: food took a little while to come out but was so worth it! Would definitely come again.

I discovered the restaurant because the dishes caught my attention, I recommend visiting a few more to give my real opinion, but the atmosphere is sensational.

Bread is microwaved and so is the food... I don't even know where to start. But the waiter did their best but the food is on par with gas station food. Ambiance is nice but it just makes you wonder how this place is still even open.

Food was not the greatest, lack of flavor and poor presentation. Fettuccine with chicken was poor presented, no color on the plate and lack of flavors as the other meals. Service was good.

We were sat at the bar? Why? Service was pretty bad. The restaurant manager barked at my mom saying the menu was clear (could be true, but was still wicked rude). Won't return, but learned a lesson. Food was ok, but definitely not worth the price.

Had office lunch there for the holidays and food was delicious (bread was awesome as always), service was great (they even decorated our table with festive decor as they knew it was our holiday lunch party). Went above and beyond.

Mommy daughter date night and for a Friday night it was empty. We were the only two at the hostess area and still had to wait a few minutes to be seated ? Our waitress was kind and attentive and the food was great, just disappointed at the wait in an empty restaurant.
