Love sams club. I love the convenience and the variety of everything. Scan and go is top notch and makes it a breeze to go in and out. Definitely a great shopping experience and of course will always return for more!

The literal irritation not only I but others feel about constantly being approached at the pump by the windshield repair people is crazy. That's mot why we are here! Enough

LULU is extremely racist rude and nasty. She speaks with disrespect and has no business working at this or any other job which requires contact with the public. I have seriously reduced my sams club shopping because of lulu horrible nasty attitude

I love this Sam's club because every time I go there isn't a long line and I'm in and out. They usually have everything in stock as well.

Called the tire shop because my fiancé needs new tires. They literally kept me on hold until they closed and then hung up on me. These employees are worthless pieces of trash and should be fired.

This review is for this location's gas station. Overall good gas station. Total 3 stars. Here are the PROS: 1. short lines 2. take any form of payment Here are the CONS: 1.Only 1 pump per side per lane (unlike Costco who has 2-3 pumps per side). Sam's Club gas station takes much longer to fill an empty tank when compared to Costco gas stations. 2. No personnel around if you need assistance

it's not the store itself but the cafe staff is rude and obviously don't like their jobs and should'nt be working in customer service. today, Maria helped my husband and i, she was very rude and seemed almost frustrated that she had to be at work. she gave my husband attitude throughout the whole interaction as he ordered a full pizza and a couple slices. as she was handing my husband the pizza she was carrying it almost sideways and basically threw it on the counter towards him. he checked the pizza to make sure it didn't get smashed and as he was doing so she turned around and angrily asked "what's wrong with it" then when reminded that we had ordered slices as well she didn't ask what kind, just started plating some up. when corrected, she had an even bigger fit and finally got us the right ones. terrible service. but the pizza is always 10/10 customer service is a solid 2.7/10. work on it sams club.

I absolutely love Sams club! It is way less crowded than Costco and I enjoy most of their products better as well. I buy all my produce there because it is the best value for a great product. I'm an Instacart shopper and so I have become familiar w the quality of products of many stores. The raspberries and blackberries are a great deal as well as their large bags of romain hearts! If you are looking for precooked bacon, this is the best place to get it. i've noticed the price fluctuates but at times you can get it for around $12 for a large pack. Their bakery department is really good too. I got a chocolate cake for my son's birthday and it was amazing. paper towels and toilet paper are great items to get there as well. it's also way easier to find things when compared to Costco. Costco seems to move certain times a lot which is very frustrating, especially for Instacart shoppers. Sams also has aisles that are labeled and there are many employees walking around that are happy to help locate items.

It's a hit or miss with sams. I come here for "bigger" items. Toilet paper, paper towels, snacks for the kids etc. they usually have items in stock. But from time to time I can't find certain vegetables/fruits. I guess it's whatever produce is available at the time. Understandable, it's a pandemic. The bakery also is great here. They do custom orders and it's cheap! I got 36 cupcakes for like 15 bucks or something. I also enjoy the deals on the kids clothes and random seasonal things they have. Overall, people who complain that sams club sucks, obviously have never been to a Costco on a Sunday. Hahah. I have both memberships and I'll tell you right now, sams is where it's at. The gas area isn't the best but meh blame the one who came up with the design flaw, not sams.

I just want to say thank you to the gentleman that helped me today when my son took a fall and started bleeding. You were so quick to offer your help and get me paper towels and ice for him. I couldn't be any more grateful and thankful for you!!! I wish I caught your name but I was too distracted... but I know you know who are and want to say thank you soooo much!

I make the drive all the way to this Sam's because they usually have way more stuff in stock than the other Sam's nearby. The staff at checkout are always so very helpful and are very friendly. Cassidy is always such a sweetheart and seems to genuinely want to help whenever she's needed. Love the great customer service here.

Worst customer service in the tire department. We get there and the guy says appointment only. Ok, No problem. He says it's not going to be soon. OK, no problem. He says go around front, so we do. Then he never comes around to help us. We can see him just doing not much of anything. Maybe opening duties. But they opened fifteen minutes ago so that stuff should have been done. I go Ask someone to call someone over. Nobody comes. They say all their staff is out sick. The whole tire dept? Do they all have covid? Another lady standing there said they even wanted to turn her away even though she had an appointment. Come on. This is a big store and I pay 100 bucks a year for membership. Not to mention i called to make an Appointment several times but nobody would ever answer. This is not acceptable!
