She offered water when I’d been coughing, let us know about all the accessories we can use for packing, and made me feel safe when she would drive by to check on us while working. I especially appreciate that at night now that it gets darker fast. She is thorough when explaining things and takes her time to answer any questions and even stays later after her shift ended to help us. Excellent costumer service and a comforting energy, would rent here if I ever needed again in the future.”

“Everyone at Rapid Response was great. You will not find a more personal and respectable company. I have had my storage units for over a year. From the initial drop off (in a very sloped driveway), the very experienced driver went out of his way to ensure the safety of the unit so it would not shift while loading. (I forgot his name). To the pick up, Lance was great and thoughtful of the property, my ability to unload and again safety. Mahalo ! Michelle was great with the back and forth I had of housing delivery. Great Job! I would definitely recommend Rapid Response.”

“I used Boxbee for our move and was so pleased with the service. I rented 80 crates, 2 moving dollies, and 1 hand-truck for one month. I also got bubble wrap and packing paper for a small additional cost. Everything was delivered on time at my old house and picked up on time at my new house. The communication was amazing and I felt the service was impeccable. If I had any questions, I would get a response back immediately. In addition to it being eco friendly, renting crates made the move so much easier. We didn't have to deal with finding cardboard boxes or taping them up. The movers were able to move so much quicker since all the crates are evenly stacked, unlike with cardboard boxes. Moreover, it forced us to unpack. If we did cardboard boxes, I guarantee we would still have stacks of unopened boxes a year from now. They also provide labels for the boxes. I would use Boxbee again without a doubt and highly recommend them for your move.”

“Needed a storage unit as the other company, by Home Depot in Corona, had horrible customer service. They never returned calls that were left for them and the office was always closed saying manager on property. Though when I drove around the property he was never around. Good Luck borrowing the so called free rental truck.I Found Cube Smart Corona and they had a great sale going on. The facility grounds are clean and maintained. Natalie at the front desk provided excellent customer service as she called and verified all my information ahead of time, and her and Dominic made it a smooth transaction getting into my unit and setting up payment. Thank you guys for making it a simple process and providing me a spacious unit at a great price.”
