The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. It's pretty mellow at the Corona location, too. The one major downfall is t hey do not have nearly enough carts for customers to use while moving into/out of their unit. They need to add several more to each area so customers do not have to wait for someone else to finish up with the cart.”

“Great place to store an RV. Security is top-notch. The staff is friendly and observant.. They call and notify you if there are any issues with your RV. We accidentally left a window open a tad from a camping trip, and they called to let us know. Thank goondess they noticed because it rained a few days later. We also had a tire blow in the extreme heat. A first for them in all the years they've managed the place. Again, they notified us and even pulled up the security footage to show us.”
