They handled our stuff with great care, and moved some things they were not taking (very fragile things) up to our garage so we could easily drive them ourselves.Out of state move, so North American Van Lines will pick up and load our stuff in their big trucks from Burgess' Riverside location.I would absolutely use them again.”

How when did this happen with the security cameras in the units. Was overwhelmed to find out half the stuff was not mine. Has me wonder how safe is my other unit. I am sadden by the non chalant aditude no compassion or understanding and the rudeness is un becoming”

They don’t hesitate to call the number on the account for any other reason but neglected to call to see why mail was returned.”

“Great customer service great prices I don't know the special still on but when I first check them out if you buy one five-by-five upstairs you get a second one for only $10 that's two units for $55 I thought if you were raised in Orange County were cheap but then I decided to move my storage to Riverside there's several others with just as reasonable storage units but this one is very new modern clean and has a restroom you can use! I also got a discount for being a long-term user of the unit instead of just buying for a couple months”
