“I rent three units here and I've had a really good experience largely thanks to Jodi. She's friendly, patient and takes the time to help without rushing me. Managing multiple units can get confusing, but she made everything simple and easy to keep track of. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to get in and out of. It's rare to find customer service this good these days. Thanks Jodi!”

“Friendly and helpful. Staff are very knowledgeable and efficient in the rental process securing the unit was super fast and easy. All of my questions were answered, and the property looks very clean and well-maintained. I Have rented multiple smart stop units at multiple smart stop locations. And I have always been very happy with the experience. Note that it looks to have multiple offices, but the actual office is the building that reads OFFICE in front of it, even though it does have a different address, it’s all the same.”

12530 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside CA 92503
“This facility is great, the managers in the office are kind, respectful girls. Lately we’ve been asking them to assist with being able to gracefully leave the property, as there are always cars parked by the exit gate making it difficult to make the turn out. The ladies in the office stated it’s a constant battle to have the men who park out front move their vehicles. Allegedly they work at the shops next door & constantly block customer parking. Judy and Sophia have always been great, but at this point I’m preparing to vacate due to the difficulty to exit. As long as these cars are dealt with & the trees by the exit get trimmed, I’ll gladly stay here for years!”

EXPERIENCE I had the wrong idea about how it was all going to work. I'm immensely grateful, Thank You!”

“This is my first time getting a storage unit, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Veronica in the office was awesome at checking us in and helping us get setup with our locks, gate code, and answering any questions we had...such a kind woman, the world needs more people like her. I reserved my unit ahead of time and it was clean and ready to go. When I was searching online at facilities in the area I was initially concerned about safety and security, but I now feel confident that I made the right decision and all of those concerns have been alleviated. Thank you to Veronica and the staff and management for operating a great facility!”
