Sephora is a place where all are welcome and what makes you unique is celebrated. The staff is super nice, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Customers feel welcomed and can find all they need quickly, with associates offering great customer service from greeting to helping. The store is clean and usually has all the stock and items needed. However, the main problem noted is that the store does not always monitor people inside. This can lead to unsupervised groups being loud, obnoxious, disruptive, and touching products, which is weird and disruptive to actual paying customers. It is noted as a place of business and service, not a social venue. Despite this, many absolutely love coming to the store, finding the experience great and well worth a drive. They highly recommend this location as their only in-store Sephora, praising the dedicated help in finding products.
I rarely go into Sephora! My visit was phenomenal! The employee who assisted me was amazing!! She made some recommendations , was friendly and professional! Thank you!

Absolutely love coming to this store! I feel so welcomed every time I come in and the associates are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location - only instore sephora I go to now, well worth the drive time!
