Sunday night at 7:30pm, they closed the bathrooms because they didn’t want customers using them. I came in with my two young girls, who both had to go, and the clerk and the cleaning lady said “sorry, but they are closed.” The cleaning lady had clearly already cleaned them, as her cleaning supplies were outside, and she just didn’t want anyone to use them.

Purchased a 1 liter sprite on Saturday 5/4/24 it was $2.29 next day it was $4.45 the cashier's name was kendra watch out for this emoloyee she is a rip off! Will not be going back

Visiting this particular Shell gas station was a genuinely pleasant experience, largely due to the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth service, whether it was assisting with the pumps or answering queries. It's clear that customer service is a priority here, making every visit here more enjoyable.

I used to receive excellent customer service when Manny was working at this location . Now a bunch of rude people work there. The store manager is horrible.

I came in for my last stop until back to Arizona. I wanted to get a drink and a $3 lottery ticket. (I'm of legal age.) And I went up to the counter and I had asked how she was and how her day was etc etc. I ask her for a lottery ticket and she just stops and looks at me. Then says "You look very young. I need to see your ID." To which is very understandable, that's her job. If she hadn't then she could've lost her job. Anyways I hand her my ID, she looks at me and says "I don't know if I can sell this to you, you look too young." Then I say "I am 18." She takes my ID and calls to another coworker in Spanish and they talk for about 5 minutes and look at me and my ID. All while I stand there and about 3 more people wait in line behind me. I apologize to the people behind me. This woman had light brown and curly hair. I'm very ashamed and upset that I was treated like this. I wont come to this location again.

Came in to get some hot coffee. Vanilla creamer out. Dont even have the little cups to do it yourself. Nobody wanted to replace it and didnt even check if they ran out in the back, they just said sorry no more. It was slow as heck too. Just 2 (man and female) at the register's in on Oct 1st 2022 around 1:20 pm. I bet if I came later today somehow the machine would have some, that's usually the case.

Over this two weeks I noticed that the quality of the gas has downgraded tremendously. I been monitoring my car and some how when I pump gas here the gas empty's out quickly, but when I go to a different shell the gas keeps me running for double the amount of time. Definitely disappointed!

Fix your pumps! I swear Corona is becoming so ghetto. I used to come here only because no one else would fix their pumps. I hate having to go inside. Especially when it's 50 degrees out and I'm in my wet clothes from swimming at the gym down the street. Fix your pumps. Or I'll find another gas station with ones that work!

I had the same problem with ghetto cashier Maria. She refused service to me because I decided not to buy a Pepsi and I left it in the counter. To top it off I didn’t pump diesel and I Been always coming here.
