The owner Cheryl is wonderful and very professional. Enjoys helping you reach your weight goal through exercise in combination with healthy eating habits. Her team of trainers are just icing on the cake. Truly recommend this facility.

If you are wanting a welcoming gym with friendly energy this place is it. I have always steer cleared of private gyms, because I assumed they were tight knit and "cliquy" which can feel so intimidating if you haven't been in a gym or worked out in a while (in my case it's been years), especially as a female . This place is so far from that. I walked in and immediately had two women welcome me (customers BTW), they introduced me to the place and shared their names, what they do for work and what they love about Sorecore. I haven't been a member too long yet, but have made multiple friends and almost feel addicted to the environment. The High Fitness class and Barre classes are SO fun. You feel like you are dancing (but BURNING) the night away. The owner Cheryl and the teachers (Amanda and Courtney) are super friendly and make sure you have options during the routines in case you need a less intense workout based on your own body. They encourage you to listen to your body and slow down if needed. You don't feel the pressure to keep up with someone next to you who may be more advanced. But they do encourage you in a positive way to push yourself and maximize your own kind of workout. If you're wanting a place that feels like you're just hanging with friends and having fun, I can't recommend this place enough. Even if I am tired or sore, I drag myself to class because it's truly fun, a friendly environment and you feel great after each class. Thank you Sorecore!

Love this spot! It's my go-to gym and I look forward to it everyday. The people are amazing, the owner is wonderful and I've gotten so strong since I stated there 3 years ago!

I love Sorecore Training and so grateful I found this gym 3yrs ago. I've tried several gyms and home workout programs but nothing comes close to the result I get here. I'd say it has to do with the trainer, Cheryl. She's the best around! She truly cares about helping her clients and she really wants us to succeed. She shows you the proper way to do each exercise, will modify workouts for you if needed, and pushes you to do you best each class. Classes are small and only 45mins long but I have never walked away not soaked in sweat. You definitely get a great workout in a short amount of time. I highly recommend trying out a class. Just to give an example of results I've recently got from Sorecore... At the end February I signed up for her 4 week challenge and I was seeing some great progress... Middle of March came and all gyms got shut down due to COVID-19. I was definitely bummed. But Cheryl continued to provide us with training through zoom. Seriously it's such a blessing! By the end of 2 months of following her workouts consistently I've lost 20lbs and 10inches. There is no way I could've done it without her support and encouragement!

Cheryl is AMAZING! The atmosphere, the encouragement and the workouts have all been phenomenal. Cheryl does an amazing job at keeping the workouts fresh and difficult, but provides instruction on how to modify the workouts as well. My partner and I both joined her 4 week for program and had amazing results, that we decided to do another one! Between the two of us, we lost a combined 40+ lbs and over 20% body fat! We feel invigorated, encouraged and so much healthier all because of Cheryl!

I am so happy to have SoreCore Training in my life! I have been active and worked out most of my life but Cheryl at SoreCore is amazing. Her 45 minute classes were a game changer for me. I feel strong, confident and healthy!!

Cheryl the Trainer here is Amazing! She knows exactly what to and how hard to push! The workouts are always different so you never get board. The gym is located in Temescal Valley! Try it for a week free. Very friendly members, positive, encouraging and motivating environment! I highly recommend this gym to all my friends and family!!
