Our modern took a dive and we were directed to go to our local Spectrum store. Luckily we went to the Corona Spectrum store. Amanda reviewed our contract and helped us get our new modem, better speed (double), additional channels for a better price and amazing service! Thank you Amanda!

Super fast. I walked in and got assistance right away. I was exchanging equipment and took only 5 mins. Its a Thursday afternoon so not sure about other days and times. Two thumbs up.

Made appt 1140 8 23 25 never showed
Had paramount + thru spectrum provider for free last night all 3 tvs. No more paramount. N spectrum did not help T all n never came out for my appointment got run around again. So now I have no paramount + at all. N no help again from them will soon cancel like others have. They just don't care only about rasing prices every 6 months. N lots of lying to us customers. 3 hrs waiting no show n no help. Disgusted wth with service help 000!

I went in to get my Z Fold 7 and it was so easy and fast process!!! 0 wait time!! Oh and if your wondering if did finally switch from Apple to Samsung! Same phone? Not you being basic!

Recently became a spectrum customer, as a new customer I had a few issues with my new phone(Sim card) so I had to go to the store a couple of times. Was seen and helped in a very timely manner. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service.

Guys are literally standing around doing nothing. They tell me it'll be a bit of a wait so it would be better to drop my stuff at UPS. I'll save you time, go straight to UPS and avoid this store.
Edit: Guy at UPS store says this happens all the time.
