internet service is slow at times. no internet at times. scheduled maintenance windows. many issues thru years. no redundancy in network.no backup network. a single point of failure. the customer service will take you thru troubleshooting (that's what they call it) . to tell me later "oh we have a outage in your area" why ????? to play customer for a fool !!! you know i am not the village idiot !!!respect your customer. or someone else will.....

Their advanced wifi was terrible. The internet was always down. Oh, but not more than 4 hrs, so no bill credit. Don't get me started on their streaming trash. Went back to direct tv and Verizon for internet

BUYER BEWARE! If I could I would rate this store a zero. I went to purchase a new phone. Not only did they not know how to transfer my data, they were rude and then went and charged my business account and my personal Spectrum account. What a disaster!!

I was hesitant on trying to obtain assistance from this store upon reading the reviews and my instincts were right. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. The minute I walked in I was told that I need to sign in the tablet in a rude tone from Amanda. I checked in and filled out my information on tablet. I waited about 15 minutes before being called by her and I was told that I couldn’t drop off a mobile device to return it. No biggie. I can easily drop it off elsewhere. What bothered me was when I asked how long do I have to return the device for a refund within she suddenly then proceeds to tell me that since I’m not authorized on the account she can’t tell me. I can take feedback but her tone with me was very disrespectful insolent. When I asked to speak to a manager she said no one was available. I clearly was not getting any help so I left. Upon a couple minutes leaving the store I get an email notification confirming that my email address was taken off the account. It clearly had to been done by her. You would think she would a thing or two about account notes. My email was confirmed as authorized during a call with Spectrum on a “recorded line” as my senior parents have technological challenges accessing emails. Such petty and sour grapes behavior. I ended up calling customer service and got the issue resolved. The person named Amber on the phone was very helpful and a gem. Amanda, however, clearly had a chip on her shoulder the second I walked in. I recommend either calling customer service or going to a different location where you are treated with professionalism and respect.

After multiple visits to transfer ownership of an account because I do not reside at that home address anymore, the employees here have failed to do so. I'm out over $200 for a service I do not use at a home I do not live at because the staff here failed to transfer anything despite the new owner and I showing up in person to fill out the proper paperwork. The manager told me I would not be getting a refund for these charges despite it being their mistake and said I should try to get the money from the new owner. Why is that MY responsibility when they are the ones who know they messed up? Ridiculous.

Went in to drop off old equipment, they were super helpful and took my equipment early so I wouldn’t have to wait in the long queue

A store that if they had anything closer would have closed by now. I had no wait time, so that was pleasant, but the young woman who helped me had the personality of a dead moth and was bothered by my equipment return. While there, the 4 employees standing around couldn’t decide how to take breaks and who goes, so at 2pm we’re considering shutting the whole store down for 40 minutes. This of course is the conversation they were having amongst each other while 3 customers were in the store. So, clean store. Yes. Professional and so so at their jobs… debatable.

I've been with spectrum for 15 years and I love my ABC channel I did not know it was canceled. I paid too much anyways for cable Guess I'm turning My cable back to the office no warning no nothing.

I would not even give them a one star if I didn't have to. These people are so rude and so unhelpful. They sit and talk amongst themselves. Ignoring customers nasty very nasty. Opening late terrible service terrible.

I was told one thing and it's another. To pay twice as much as new users and others on spectrum and not making adjustment on my price and I been a long time customer, it's horrible customer service and very shortly. I will end my service with spectrum. Spectrum only interest is to make money. They really don't care about their customers how they customers feel. I'm 69 years old. I can't stand this Modern day greed that keeps us at each other's throat. Obviously spectrum doesn't care about how I feel.

We were waiting too long to have our turn ready. We weren't happy with it because we didn't know there was an appointment check-in. Also, we were here first before another person so we decided to leave it unhappy!

"Your time is wasted significantly, and the responsible person, even though they have no tasks, doesn't take any action. Also, individuals who want to get things moving quickly without an appointment don't care at all how much of your time they're wasting."

The internet service was bad at best. I called in to cancel and the first agent refused to cancel until I listened to all of their offers. I replied I just want to cancel. Called back and found someone that would cancel after only a few question. Next I had to return the equipment. Went to their local store and had to wait a long time just to drop off their modem. Horrible experience.

So I can say this spectrum store is the worst and wait time is over 40 minutes just to return there cable boxes and there prices is ridiculous for bundling along with mobile service. Get a smart tv it's a lot cheaper for apps.
