Terrible and run down. You cannot use other Speed Wash laundry cards, has to be from this location. The machines are old, no one works here. We put the soap in for multiple washers and they DID NOT WORK. Kept saying error. AND the card reader only accepts cash-no cards.

I arrived at 8:00 PM, and the lady asked me to leave because she said they close at 9:00 PM. However, my clothes were still in the large machine, and she suggested I dry them elsewhere. I've never felt so discriminated against. I’m upset I have to take my clothes super wet and heavier.

Just ate 4. 50$ and machine wouldn't come on 9:00 a.m on 2-4-24. No attendant on duty. No phone number to call. Speedy Wash on Magnolia in Riverside is way better

Do not come here. Out 20$ on card to do laundry, the machine gave me a brand new card only for it to have an error and the card be unreadable. Washing machine couldn't read my card and the machine that deposited my card said "error, my card could not be found." How is that possible when it allowed me to put money in it and deposit me a BRAND NEW card??? There is no staff here to assist.

Very bad there is no sign for hand washing, there is no staff to help, the card fails to read a lot, the washing machines do not rinse the clothes well and leave soap in them. Very expensive and not clean, the place feels dangerous, don't come.

Do not waste your money here. Loaded a brand new card with money only for the machines to say that there is an error and that the card is invalid. The machine that deposited the card said that my card was invalid. Waste of time and money and there is no staff here to assist. You're better off going to an actual coin operated laundry mat.

Ridiculous. Got a new card and loaded it with $20, spits out a card and tells me that it's invalid and that card number does not exist regardless of the number being visible right there on the back of it. There was No one there to help resolve this issue and the website that is supposed to keep track of the cards is even more useless. Very upset with this trip and my loss of $20 that this place just took from me without giving me service. Stay away. Go somewhere that takes coins, much much more reliable than this.

I was disappointed when the machine charged me but didn't worked and then I finally got one that ran but didn't do a good job. I think they need to sanitize there machines because my clothes came smelling weird . The washer are big and worth it but only if they worked lost some money and with a smell on blankets . Maybe next time can be better.

Ate my $10 for the 8 loader. Called the emergency # and no response. Tried knocking on the office coz i saw the worker there. No response. Save your money dont go here.

So on the first machine I'm using worked, using this place since it has the guest rating in the area. But I soon ran into issues with the second and third washing machine. It took my money but didn't wash at all. Being at $5.50 a piece I was kinda bummed at the situation and no one at the location to help me. Or a number to all. I took video as the machine took my money and stared to run down the timer but taking 5 minutes at a time while it washes.. yea it's pretty shitty. EDIT: I made the mistake and press the yellow button which is a (pause button) and finally at the end of my entire laundry session I found a lady cleaning. And she explained to me the situation and how the machine is ready for use... she asked me if I wanted her to press the button to prove that my money wasn't taken. I told her it's fine, I saw a family that was going to wash and I told them to use the machines I put money in instead. After everything I changed my rating.
