Being hearing impaired. The employee always wears a mask. For people that reads lips it makes it real hard. At first I was happy the guy wears a mask to keep people from getting his cold. Months later it's his way of making a statement. Wear a pin or something. Making it hard for us disabled people.

I would be careful when pumping gas with your company card. I witnessed the cashier. Older Hispanic lady really rude rush to her car to park her car where a company had just pumped their gas. She left customers inside. There was a customer that was going to pull up to the pump. She made them move out of the way so she can park her car there. She didn't even put her car on the correct side cuz she was so worried about getting her car to that pump where the people were that just use their company card. I don't know what happened after that but it was really sketchy . The guys from the company even came back because they saw her do that to question her. Id just be careful. Speedway should maybe do an investigation of any previous incidents like that

I am giving a 1 only because there is no 0. I am a senior citizen and I was on my way back from Morro Bay and needed gas and a restroom. I pulled into the station behind another car, the attendant came out and said something in Spanish, Then went back and came back out and said o.k. They all continued to talk and laugh, even after the gas had been pumped. The attendant went back in and came back out and drove away , the car in front of me left so I pulled up, got out to go inside and the station was closed????? You dont think that he could have told me before hand that this was going to happen? This really pissed me off, That is no way to do business, and I dare say had I been an other ethentiicity I probably might have got gas. I have reached out to Speedway express wit a complaint, but if they hire people like this I dont suppose Ill get a reply. Ill walk for gas before I spend another dime at speedway express.

Why have credit card readers if they don’t work? Maybe put a sign on all of them so people know this before wasting time. Also the cashiers are horrible, if they were mouthy like that anywhere else, they’d lose the job. Avoid this place at all cost. These people are disgusting and ugly to the core.

Highly unsatisfied with their level of customer service!! Very rude! Disrespectful!! I came in with my passport, which is a valid government ID, they proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t accept it and started degrading me saying if I had my life together I would have a regular ID. Do not come here ever!! NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could give zero starts I would!

I was just told I could not bring my service dog inside. I was only there to buy lottery tickets and walked there so I didn't have a car to leave my dog in so I had to leave

Very very very bad customer service! Never seen a more rude, unprofessional manager in my life! Not to mention the horrible crowd that hangs around there, making it very sketchy to go to!!
