KIM SHOULD BE GIVEN A RAISE AND TRAINED TO RUN THE STORE. A HAPPY WORKER IS A GOOD WORKER.THERE ARE SOME WONDERFUL PEOPLE WORKING THERE AS WELL AND THEY MAKE EVERYONE'S DAY BETTER. It's a shame that New graveyard girl overcharged me especially being is how it was no accident nor is she the first one to do this to be and others. Pam, another graveyard worker, should not have a job related to customer service at all. She's a brat and is self indulgent and can't get off her phone either. The manager is a poor excuse for a human being who's attitude and behavior towards others is astonishing. I really loved this place and in the course of two years i have spent roughly $2,874 there. I've been ostracized from the establishment by the manager for informing corporate of her unruly attitude. I was under the impression that retaliation towards a customer for sending corporate complaints was not acceptable.

There's always a few employees that are great and sweet and they make all the difference in the world. Unfortunately the remainder of workers are rude and unprofessional. constantly engaging in unethical and illegal acts by deliberately overcharging some people. Even charging for water from the fountain drink section when you have your own container. The manager is extremely efficient at running the store however, that quality is outweighed by a rotten, bitter attitude that is so unprofessional and despicable towards customers and staff alike.

It used to be my favorite gas station untill a rude worker name Maddie started working there always giving an attitude to the customers a straight karen she acts like she is doing us a favor if we pay for a service she should at least do her job properly.

Was greeted upon entry by an employee named Brianna welcoming everyone in. At the register she was friendly and smiling. I love to see when employees have good positive energy !:)

T.Q. Petty (our black puppy) playing with a girlfriends puppy at the motel across from speedway. We thank God for a wonderful night.
We would stay at the motel just across the street several times over this past year and always delighted having this store to shop in, and also to park our trailer or our work vehicle whenever we past thru Corona. We were told by the motel that parking there was agreed upon between both businesses. Something has changed drastically since the last time we stayed at the motel a little over a week ago a woman I've never seen before, I guess the new manager, informed us that the motel didn't have permission to tell people to park there.
As I was talking with the manager my 8 month old puppy was attacked by a pitbull on the property. He was a 3 lb. Chihuahua/Fox Terrier mix and was absolutely a joy to anyone that met him. He had followed his dad (my boyfriend) when he exited the work truck without my bf's knowledge.
During the most tragic day of our life together, after we agreed to move our vehicle, the starter went out on our truck. My bf and I spent the day dealing with the manager and trying not to lose our property, dealing with the police who were called on us 4 times that day and taking turns with our puppy at the veterinarian. The first police visit was when my bf had come back to get me since the recommendation was to put our puppy down.
Instead of being at the vets office we were desperately trying not to lose our truck. She had called a tow company and we couldn't leave the vehicle alone for fear of it being towed by her.
Having ordered the starter we would move the vehicle as soon as we possibly could, she then filed trespass against us and we had to leave the property.
Triple A showed up for us to tow our truck off of the property but couldn't because my bf left before they got there, she again called the police to have him arrested. He was waiting on the sidewalk but with the trespass that was filed we apparently couldn't be within 300 ft. of the station there.
The following morning she had our truck towed.
All of that going on, we most definitely wanted our vehicle off of the property more then she did, but her complete lack of compassion had me totally shocked. Especially since she was right there in the morning when our puppy was attacked. Because of her only one of us could be at the vets when the puppy was put down. He spent hours alone there because of her actions. I am not a hateful person but I could never forgive her for those actions. That is all I have to say. I am at a complete loss over another human beings actions at this time.

Came to visit to use restroom and it was absolutely filthy.. I had to clean the toilet it was urine, ttoiel paper everywhere and human feces on the floor.. I would absolutely never come back here again .. they only got 1 star because the cashier was very respectful and customer services everyone that was there.. stay professional while had a lot of customers.. it’s April 28 @. 8pm the African American guy that was on duty he did great to be by himself.. but there should be someone there helping him.. someone cleaning them restrooms

The woman with the MANAGER name tag was yacking on their phone and taking their sweet time to cash me out and then was rude to top it off. There were three people behind the counter and only one register open. There was no hot food at lunch time. All the coffee machines were down. This place sucks bad. Avoid if you can.

Pam, you need to stay off your phone during work.people standing there waiting for you to complete the transactions . All other employees are great! I have gotten gas here hundreds of times never any problems only with you. Had to cancel a transaction and do it over because your Too focused on your phone and not listening to customers. Do better.

The service is terrible, a cashier serves you and the other two are talking and just looking at the line of customers and they don't open another box and not to mention Madeleine throws things and answers in a very bad way, (personal problems are not brought to work ) and they even get angry if you make them walk so they give you things behind them.

Cashiers are helpful and friendly. They are also conscientious of other's time, when someone is taking to long while checking out they immediately call, and most importantly someone comes when called, to open up the other register. If only the big box stores were able to grasp this level of customer service.

Rude the credit card machine is broken at the pump, had to go inside where the girl behind the counter tells me your transaction did not go through but it clearly say’s approved on my said. Walks away and tells another gentleman to deal with me. That’s the worst customer service ever! Plus she’s talking about personal nasty business customers do not want to hear your personal business!

NOT TRAVELER FRIENDLYOn Saturday May 21st at around 3:30 pm We were traveling through and stopped to put gas and use the restroom and the restroom was closed. The Shell down the street said the same thing. I get it, gas station employees don’t want to clean up after the homeless that use the bathrooms, but what about for travelers that are filling up their tank?! That’s just poor customer service. The Cafe across the street was kind enough to allow us to use their facilities.
