Excellent customer service! Katie is the best and has made this process so easy and reassuring. I have had my pod for a lot longer than anticipated but I feel confident that it is safe hands. I moved cross country and Katie has done significant research to help me arrange for my pod to be delivered to NYC. I have not moved it yet but I am confident that when I do it’s going to go smoothly. Katie continues to check in regularly to see how things are and to make sure my information is still the same. I appreciate her so much and i am grateful for the personal customer service. Emails are answered timely and with detailed information. I’m seriously blown away by the efficiency and kindness.

Highly recommend. Extremely professional and accommodating. Always quick to answer all forms of communication. They were the easiest and smoothest part of my move as they gave me absolutely no issues and were on time and coordinated.

Katie from Storage Valet is great to work with. She was on top of all my scheduling requests including last minute date changes. My move was smooth. Her crew was on time & professional at each drop off/pick up. Dont want to move again but if I do I will contact Katie at Storage Valet.

Horrible service. Their storage containers are full of wood mites when it rains your stuff will be sure to be damaged. I refuse to pay for something that damaged all my property they came and took the storage containers from the place that I was renting, but I was able to take video of all my damage property And the wood rotting away neighbors were concerned that the containers were going to tip over. There was literally pieces of wood missing, holding them up. They want me to pay for something that damaged all my property the owners of the house are not responsible for this I am and I have moved out and if any legal actions going to be taken, have everything to show proof of water leaking when it was raining and most of all the wood rotting away

I used Storage Valet for additional storage in my driveway while I remodeled. Katie beat every price from Rat Pack, GoMini's and Pods, and Brian did a great job placing the unit exactly where I wanted it. The unit was so clean that it looked brand new!
Blew away expectations. I'll definitely recommend Storage Valet to friends.
