I went to TMoble to pickup my replacement phone, met with Maria she ask to see my id, I gave my ID and and she scanned it without informing me what she was doing, when I complained that I did not want my ID scammed without my permission Maria started to shout at me and when I told not to shout at me, she said she would not serve me, there was another gentleman there he told me to come the next day to meet the manager as he could not help me. Maria was very rude and shouting loudly even though I told her not to shout several times. I will not recommend this store to anyone I have been a TMoble customer for over 15 years

Their manager Robert is the worst manager ever!!! He is corrupt and does not care about his customers. They take pride in screwing people over. T-mobile needs to hire a new manager because he has no idea what he’s doing!!!!

Today on 11/4/23 I went to T mobile located @ 344 MC Kinley St. #300 Corona Ca 92879 at about 6:30pm. The workers helped another family before me and they came in way after me . They had time to go get Starbucks from next door and came back and still got helped before me.I was soembarrassed and ashamed that I was overlooked and treated like that. As a African American I deal with that a lot. I just didn't think it would happen at my local TMobile . But hey I was wrong . I'ma switch to AT&T to avoid this in the future. Think twice before going to this location , go to the one off Limonite .

we walked in and the employees didn’t even look like they wanted to be there. just stood there on their phones, especially the one in the pink shirt, i’m guessing the manager. he sat there on his phone, and didn’t acknowledge us. eventually walked away, not even like “hi welcome” it just seemed dead and unwelcoming. we were helped out with better customer service at the t-mobile in Costco.

Had a worse experience twice in a row when ever did a trade-in. People never trust them on the price they offer as a trade-in because what they say is a clear lie and when the bill comes its different. It's better to sell it online where you could get a lot more then these thiefs offer.

Employee was extremely rude and started shouting when I asked him to show his employee identification for refusing to process my return at 6/12/23 at 7:30 pm. You can see in the picture he is hiding his employee identification card. I went to the store to return the new phone which was processed wrong by T-Mobile in the first place. The employee simply refused to take the return when the customer service over the phone confirmed that I should be able to return the phone at store. T-Mobile needs to audit their employees as they are getting paid for doing no work. If you cannot provide the service you should close the store. I was able to return the phone at another store and it was a simple process.

My wife and I came in asking about home WiFi, Phil helped us and answered all our questions.Phil was very patient and helped with the set up process of the new WiFi unit. Been in a lot of stores where everyone is in such a hurry leaving customers with questions. Lots of times I would have to get home and call technical support not this time, got home did as Phil said to do and all my devices are working.this is now our t-mobile to go store.Thank you Phil.

It took a while but Eddie got it done and was very patient with my parents who just switched out from AT&T. He was very knowledgeable and knew all the possible plans and costs. I could see that all the employees had excellent customer service even when the store was busy on a weekday. I will be back to this store.

This review is for the T-mobile-company. Not for the store. After 8 years it was time to move. Horrible experience. Closing the account was a nightmare as it had to be done in person at a store. Nearly 3 hours of porting over etc. T - mobile kept lines active for months and continued to bill. Disputing these charges, after the account was closed continues to be very challenging. Just a buyer be aware situation for prospective customers.

Came in for a new phone Alexis and his manager Lupe were very helpful. 10/10 customer service. Friendly and had the patience to help set up my new phone. Would recommend this location and Alexis!

Terrible in store customer service…they dont even know their promos going on .The manager included and this is so not acceptable for a “corporate “ store . I had to end up doing my upgrade online because the people in store were to incompetent to do so . DO NOT COME HERE

Great service when we did finally receive it. We have visited this store for help with our phone twice in the past few weeks and both times we have waited for over an hour to be helped, along with several people behind us in line. They really need more employees working... However, their manager working that night was extremely helpful and friendly. She was doing her absolute best to make sure everyone was greeted at the door and was added to the wait list. She was even jumping back and forth between me and another customer to make sure we were all being helped. I truly appreciated the great customer service. Thank you!
