Residents praise the maintenance crew for being professional, quick, efficient and helpful. Staff is wonderful and clean, and every request is addressed right away. Floorplans are spacious, and the apartments are cozy, modern and luxurious. The location is convenient, with a shopping center and restaurants within walking distance. Residents enjoy the sense of community and the staff’s care, with the maintenance team going above and beyond to support moving and setting up. Some concerns have been raised about parking: residents often park in front of garages, causing limited space for cars and dog poop on the sidewalk near the gas station. Despite these issues, many find the community great and the experience positive, believing Terrano offers something for everyone.

Beautiful, well-kept community, the homes are very modern and luxurious. We are very happy living here! The customer service is excellent, and the maintenance is excellent. I had a minor issue, and it was resolved the same day! The overall experience living here has been amazing!

My fiance and I love it here. The maintenance crew is very professional, specifically Steven. He is always quick, efficient, and super helpful.

We love these apartments! Very clean and staff is wonderful. We can walk to the shopping center and love the restaurants. Every time we need something it is addressed right away. We viewed a few floorplans, and all of them are spacious, I know you will love it as much as us.
