I called to check what time ground was leaving they 6pm, I drove 5 miles out my way to ship 3 huges boxes! I know he saw me coming for a hand truck. Not even 6:01 and he was gone!!!!

Went to return my UPS package back. The skinny clerk who looks dead with all the make up n fake eyelashes half coming off. Told me to email the label to their GMail address n she will print out the label for me. Did not say anything about any charges. She goes to her computer n asked for my name prints out the label comes over sticks it to my return n tells me $4.51 for the service. I was surprised as I would have taken my package back n print it myself at home. As the amazon clearly state just return to any UPS store n return my stuff without a charge. Sneaky I must say. Didn’t might the charge if I was asked first. Bad service go the UPS store on LA Sierra/Indiana they are professional and not crooks!

Been coming to this UPS store regularly for returns and notary services for almost 7 years, everyone works there have been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I’m so grateful for our neighborhood UPS store has such an excellent choice of staff so far. Keep it up 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I go to this UPS for all my Amazon returns and find it easy and convenient; the staff is efficient and friendly. Special thanks to Josh who was super helpful in fixing an Amazon return on my phone and giving me instruction for future returns! Really appreciated his help!!

What a staff ! I came sunday at 3:10 not knowing they close at 3 . Josh saw me at the door and open the door for me to get my return, even they where completely closed with lights off . Thank you Josh

This UPS store (#7182), charged me almost $10 dollars for a box to ship my happy return item in, then proceeded to remove my item from its original box and throw it into a used Amazon box. They shipped my 500 dollar snowboard boots without the original box and I was unable to get a refund for them. I followed up with the store employees and owner and was told I would get a call to fix the situation. They called me one single time while I was at work and proceeded to ignore all my follow up emails requesting another call. Now I have to dispute my credit card to try to get a refund. Thanks for nothing.

I really like this UPS store on Mckinley. Every time I go in, mostly for Amazon returns, I am always greeted and given excellent service by any employee. They are just kind and it just seems like a well run center.

The people working there are super nice and actually helpful, which isn’t always the case at other places. I came in to ship a few things and they made the whole process super easy. They helped me pack stuff up and made sure it was all good to go. I’ve been here a few times now and it’s always a smooth experience.

Huge thanks to Annie at UPS Store #7182! She’s helped me out twice now—and both times with amazing customer service.
First, she quickly fixed a shipping terminal issue when the system wouldn't take my Zip Code. Smooth, fast, and friendly!
Then, when I hit unexpected traffic and was running a couple minutes late, I called ahead—and Annie said not to worry. She waited and helped me get my pre-labeled package shipped out. Super grateful.
Annie’s friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Thank you!

Josh and Annie were super hospitable, positive, and helpful. I had two extremely heavy items to return and I was slightly confused about the process.
When Annie was finished attending to her customer, she promptly moved to assist Josh in helping me sort out my confusion.
