Clean and comfortable and that's all you can ask for when it comes to storage but they have so many more things that just make me glad I choose to put my stuff here the staff is friendly respectful and when it comes to any concerns there all ears and the tend to annoy needs .

Thank You so much Breanna for the quick and easy process. Rented my first unit while I clear out my garage. Yea the price may go up in the future and was very transparent in the whole rental. Great customer service.

Online signup process and setup for a new unit was seamless. Great staff, very helpful, well maintained facility. Only complaint was made aware of price increases up front, and increases are way higher than rate of inflation, most storage places seem to operate this way, will adapt to when time comes.

Initially, I got a great deal on two 10x10 units. After only 2 months, the business switched owners and quickly got an email notifying me that the rates will go up immediately. So much for honoring your inherited customers. :/ how ridiculous is this! And the phone number they provided was a general business number rather than a specific number to speak to somebody personally about it. Terrible business practices!
.....less than one year using this storage facility and I just recently received notification that the rates will increase!! What an terrible experience here!! 2 rake hikes in less than 1 year !! 😭
