Been at this bank over 2 decades. Staff is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Office is always clean. Lines short. Plenty of help. Will never switch bank's.

I had a mixed experience at this U.S. Bank branch on Grand Oaks in Corona. One employee was kind and helpful, but the overall process took longer than expected and communication was not always clear. I appreciate the help I received, but the service could be more consistent and welcoming.
