It is currently 8:45 AM and the doors have not been opened even for packages to just be dropped off at the self scanning machine
People have been waiting in line since 8:20AM
The office is supposed to be open at 8:30 AM
People are running late waiting here but also need their packages and mails addressed
Aside from the daily long lines around 2-3 this is saying real bad about this location

If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t take walk ins for passports, which is fine, I made my appointment and showed up ten minutes before as they said on their confirmation messages. I got there and a young man was on the passport window, I approached him and he said “oh there is no one here, I’ll check” and left me there standing for 15 min until someone else approached me to see what I was waiting for. They had no one for passport because - long list of things including vacations, no shows etc - but then, why would they not go and cancel the appointments? There is no respect for people’s time, I had to get childcare to be able to come to my appointment on time thinking I’m dealing with professionals. The person that left me there waiting probably went on his lunch and didn’t care at all. The person that did approach me said the postmaster told her to just cancel it now, 20 min after my appointment time. Instead she told me to go a basically beg the office in Norco to take me, because they wouldn’t be calling them or anything just telling me to go “try”. Thankfully the office in Norco is a million times better and people there are actually helpful.

Worst post office ive experienced in California and any other state for that matter. Understaffed, over priced, no one cares or any sense of urgency. This is why other providers like Amazon, ups and fedex are running circles around these government managed facilities. They are a thing to the past.

Today is the Juneteenth day the Post Office is closed. I came because I didn't expect it to be closed today. I looked at the maps show says open!!!!!!!

Tell that old woman with the black curly hair and glasses to get an attitude change and to stop leaving out vital information. I've been trying update my address 2 times now with her and she has failed to inform me of all needed materials to get this done both times and keeps wasting my time. She cannot do customer service and does everything she can to get people to leave rather than help them. I am going out of my way now to go to another post office 20 minutes away just so I don't have to have to deal with this worker ever again.

I really wish I could give no stars! The USPS deserves none! I received a message saying the delivery location couldn’t be accessed and they would try on the next delivery day. They provided no explanation on what that means and if you couldn’t access it, what makes you think your next attempt would be different? I called and offered to pick it up and they want to charge me $18 to do that. Really? $18 to do your company’s job that you couldn’t perform. Absolute trash

I was using the kiosk and asked my kids to grab two more bubble mailers as I had several packages I was shipping. One of the ladies behind the counter (with 5+ people in line waiting) decided that was a good time to scream at my kids. A few minutes later, she came out in an attempt to snatch the envelopes from my kids. She made no effort to talk to me. I asked her what was wrong. She said she needed the envelopes back. I asked her why. She told me that I was not buying them. I let her know that yes, I was, and I had asked my kids to get them for me. She rolled her eyes and walked away.

I came to get my passport for the first time really happy and exited, I arrived 10 minutes early to filled out my application but Benny is very rude I was helped 10 minutes after my appointment and he said that I had to bring my application already filled out, I said that’s why I arrived 10 minutes before but he helped me 20 minutes after. However one I finished my application and Benny asked Elva to helped the 1045 appointment cause I wasn’t ready with my application when I arrived. He was rude and he told me that he would try to squeeze me in after that appointment. It took me 5 minutes to do my application and he ignore me. Services are not free at the post office I paid $220 dollars I rear use the post office services at least they should be polite. Elva doesn’t smile either it’s was a horrible experience.

I had requested a pickup delivery for my letter that I couldn’t sign for at a new address. I had to come back three times because Sandra told me it takes 24 hours for the carrier to process my request and to wait and come back. I then come back on a day that I’m available and am told that my letter is at the post office, but a younger man who works there tells me he can’t find it and that the post office is “disorganized” and to come back when Sandra is here at 10:30am that same day. I call back later on in the day to make sure she’s there and that same worker tells me she will be back tomorrow and asks for my number but never calls me back! That’s unacceptable customer service. LUCKILY, I go in before they close and Annie was able to retrieve my letter quickly with no issues! Maybe that younger guy was new, but he was not helpful at all.

Shoutout Tina! she was really helpful too me, she was very nice and helped me through my experience. This is my 2nd time coming here the first time was pleasant aswell i don’t get the bad reviews i mean it’s a post office it’s gonna be packed and fast paced you gotta understand with the workers.

IT IS ALWAYS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! BUT YESTERDAY, APRIL 13, THEY HAD ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE ATTENDING A TWO-HOUR LINE WAITING FOR SERVICE!!! THEY WERE TRAINING HER, THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE!!! 0JALA N0 BE DISCOURAGED!!!.
