Prices are very expensive, just to get my dogs nails trimmed was 38.00. the visit itself was less than a half hour.

(TW fetus) Honestly didn’t have a good experience but i understand the circumstances were different. visited i believe in october and it still bothers me. Very nice office. the parking is pretty bad but if you go at the right time it won’t be so bad.as for my experience, i adopted a stray kitten (~6mo) in july of last year and she turned out to be pregnant, she unexpectedly gave birth at home and her kittens unfortunately were still in the fetus stage, no hair and very small and some of their ears and eyes hadn’t fully developed. it was a sad sight but for a moment they were moving and warm and so we rushed mama and babies to this vet.the compassion was… lacking. it took a while for anyone to attend us even after i explained that they were probably on the verge of death and didn’t have much of a chance, she didn’t even let me finish explaining before telling me that she’d have to charge me like $70 per kitten and i just kept saying i wanted them to look in the box and tell me if there’s anything to do, i get that’s her job and procedure but i wasn’t even sure if an exam is possible or necessary and she just kept repeating that she’d have to charge me. im fine with paying its just that she wasn’t hearing me. Then a couple of tech assistants came out and ooh and aah’d and said they’d never seen fetuses or kittens that young, and one of the young ladies look the box to the back to check. the excitement was off but whatever. then she came out and with a big smile told me they were all dead. Listen, i wasn’t naive to the fact that they probably wouldn’t make it, but i had never seen anything give birth, this was my first kitten and she was severely underweight and young to be having kittens and the whole experience was very traumatic and i definitely looked stressed out so their reactions and customer service was unsettling. One of the techs after noticed how uncomfortable i was and said “oh it is a sad situation too..” like as an afterthought.Expensive, but skilled doctors, polite staff, clean and nice office, however just odd experience. I dont plan on ever returning.

I use to love this place & their prices for the past 4 years. However, recently the last two appointments have been nothing but unsatisfying. First, the wait time is unnecessarily long. Second, the vet has nothing but a judgmental face every time he looks at my senior dog. Third, the prices!!! This facility has charged me $300+ each visit for “test” the test come back with no straight answer. It almost sounds like he’s just “running test” and “test” for different things when I come. Talking about “we can’t be sure unless we do a test” when the test are $100+ and on top of it they offer no payment plan or other options when they see you clearly can’t afford it. Will be moving my little old lady to a vet who can offer better care & options.

Dr. Kermit Smith has taken care of all of my dogs and cats for the past 14 years. I trust him and the staff here at Norco is always willing to help. One of my dogs is a special needs lab that they've on occasion had to carry all 89 lbs of him into the building! They've been great with him.

Dr Dhama was great (sorry ref spelling) Even though the diagnosis was dire... Doctor was straight forward and advised us what we should expect... Our son who is also a Veterinarian and reviewed the results and confirmed the diagnosis... We were happy we went to the local vet here in Corona ASAP... As our girl was failing fast... Our son is in West Hollywood... and we were concerned with traveling with our 85lb Golden... and her needs... and her pain... Our great girl Liberty is no longer in pain and has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge... RIP dear girl ..We love you and will remember you forever

Place is now going downhill since Gonzales left. Dama lies on documentation/"forgets to input notes". Take your baby elsewhere!

Place was clean and they had short wait times which was nice. But if you are making an appointment for something specific double and triple check with them when making the appointment. Wasted a trip and money to find out the information given on the phone about services available was incorrect. Cost for Rabies vaccines was double what my normal vet charges.

They are not cheap but are very thorough and my dog was saved and that's the main thing she spent 2 to 3 days in the emergency room and part of that was that I wanted to make sure she was totally diagnosed and I was not able to take her home because of the complexity of her condition and they were very understandable and help me. Get her better so that I can take her back. Thank you very much.

How convenient all of a sudden no one has my information... when they called trying to set up another appointment?! This is so sad . A joke I've put the address and everything on the review . Ppl please don't waist ur time . This is exactly why you shouldn't take yr fur babies to this Vca vet hospital in corona once a problem happens they all if a sudden have no records of my cat ... smh pathetic ! Please be aware and remember these ppl are disgusting for hoe they are being ...

Took my dog there for a complete exam last week. Vet never looked at ears mouth or teeth. But boy did they want to sell me everything like I just bought a used car. Good customer service would be for you to personally contact me about service. Not some comment please e-mail us we would like to discuss the matter. That is basically blowing me off as a client/ patient....

I love the vets here. Super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. I moved to Riverside but still make the drive to Corona because they are great here!

We've been going to this vet for years now. I really like all of the staff members and the doctors. They are always super nice and are willing to take time and explain things in detail. I've had to use their emergency services several times and every time the staff has been professional and kind. It's hard to find a good vet and I'm glad I found VCA. I'd recommend this vet to anyone.

My fur baby had a seizure for the first time Sunday night. I called his vet and they were not taking in walk-ins. Called another in the area I live and they were not taking walk-ins and said the next appointment that was open was Nov. 11th. I asked, does my dog need to see a vet? She said yes he should be seen within 24 hours of the seizure. Thankfully she provided a list of emergency vets. I called VCA, the person who answered was very kind and said that I could walk in about 11:30 and they would try to see me as soon as possible after the appointments.I got there about 11:15 because I was anxious and wanted to make sure my fur baby was seen that day. The person at the front desk was also very nice and professional. She checked me in. I waited until 12:30, but I was just grateful they were squeezing us in.Saw the doctor, who was also really good with my baby and provided us information and different options. We had to leave him there for a few hours. I needed to get to work. The doctor called and let me know what was going on. They sent a text message today checking in with my pup. I'mWaiting for some test results. Praying he is going to be ok. We will be changing vets and coming here from now on. The facility was clean, everyone I encountered was so nice, and being able to go in with emergencies gives peace of mind.
