Wow. Unbelievable. Not only do you need to wait 10 minutes AT LEAST for anything you needed with a key... but then i was asked check stand or self check out.. opted for self check out... to not only wait in line but then snapped at by an employee that formula needs to be rang up at a check stand? lol why ask? I've given this place another try purely off convenience.. but I'd rather drive to LA during rush hour than come back here Being at work sucks no matter which way you slice it.. but if you're in customer service.. put on a damn smile and talk sh!t with your coworkers later like a normal person!!!!!!

Walk in at 7:50pm to cash my check and the guy in Customer Service says he's "closed". WTH? "Why I thought you closed at 8pm?" He stated he needed to go on his "lunch break" and no one else in the store could help me. I asked to speak to a Manager and he told me he was the manager. Really good Management skills they teach Eye roll .

The workers at this location always have an attitude. I only come here if I absolutely have to and Each time I do, it's the same experience. Thumbs down to most of the employees at this location. Find a new job if you hate working there so much.

Manager did not want to price match Walmart.com item sold by Walmart and did not even attempt to help resolve my request.

I have shopped hundreds of Walmart, grocery stores throughout California and across the country and by far this is the worst run store I've ever been! I live seconds away from the store. However, I will drive past the store to go to a stater brothers, Winco Foods; Sprouts; Superior; Ralph's or another grocery store. The the meat and poultry there is horrible. The self check out areas are usually broke; the Scan and Go had never worked, since the store opened, and there's usually only one line where there is an actual cashier which you have to use in case you are buying alcohol. The store employees there are very friendly. Therefore, this is obviously a management issue. The district manager here really needs to be held accountable for this raggedy operation and running Store!

I find myself going to this store less and less. store has a high turn over of employees that is affected shopping experience. For the elderly employees that are still there is much more like eating a raw lemon trying to deal with them. I dont understand the purpose of the self checkout if they are always close for many different reasons according to who you ask in the store. Checking out takes too long for a grocery store that size, not to mention their card reader sucks. they work when they feel like. swapping 10 times or more just to pay for a few items doesn't cut it for me anymore. I now shop at Winco where i get more for my money and the customer service is outstanding, not to mention that they are open 24-7.

Walmart money service really needs to have two employees working the registers to avoid the 15-30 minute wait time and the long line it creates, and please don't put a new employee again because they VERY SLOW.

I just came here and I used the atm and it took my money and didn't give me anything and then I told a Walmart worker and they couldn't help for shit there like call the number on the machine even though it has a Walmart sign on top and then the dumb ass manager put a sign out of order when they already took my money

This store is complete trash! It should just be closed and used for a homeless shelter! Some of the people that are nice but more often than not you can't get help and the lines are ridiculous. There are only two registers were actual people can help you and good luck having both of them open. More often than not two of the five or six self checkouts are broken. Next to Pico Rivera this is probably the worst Walmart that I know of...If I didn't have to shop there I wouldn't...

I have items delivered a few times a week from Walmart Plus. I specifically have them come from the store on McKinley as the times that my orders came from this store on 6th, the produce was always nasty. But this time, I had a delivery and the item was broken, so I clicked to return it and the website said to return to the closest store and take the barcode. So far, no problem....it's just a return.Samantha starts to help me, scans the barcode and her machine won't pick it up. She gets an attitude to tell me that her machine won't scan the barcode I showed. Like...that's it? I asked to speak with a manager, so she brings Justin back. He tries to scan it and it won't work. At least he is polite about it. He tells me to call customer service and ask them what to do. NO, I'm NOT going back home and sitting on the phone for 30 minutes just for customer service to tell me that I need to take the item back to the store. I politely told Justin that this was a "Walmart issue", not a "me" issue. He needs to find a way to fix this. I'm not jumping through more hoops over a $9 return. I did every step that the website told me to do, now it's his problem to figure out. After being in the store for about 20 minutes, they finally issued me a refund, as a "non-receipt" return. I don't care...I had the receipt....your machine just didn't scan it properly. All in all I wouldn't care about the trouble, except that Samantha was just so rude. "Nope, the machine won't pick it up." as she tries to walk away. No, please stay here and get this issue fixed. I know Walmart is a lower scale store, but there is no reason to be rude to someone who is trying to return a broken item.

Very helpful and nice. Mary at self checkout deserves a raise. She really keeps a good eye on loss prevention. And she is also very nice. I will keep shopping here instead of the super Walmart on Ontario Ave in Corona.

This place is wonderful! I come here frequently to buy groceries and other items, and they never fail to have what I need. The employees are super kind and helpful. Stella has checked me out multiple times and they're absolutely amazing! Told me my total right when all the items were scanned, gave me my exact change quickly, and bagged my items very efficiently. In fact, I dare say Stella is the prime example of what a cashier should be! If you're looking for a reliable store with any item that you'll need, then this place is perfect.

Usually go here since it's nearby, the store itself isn't too spectacular however my day usually gets brightened up by a particular cashier. Stella has rung me up a couple of times and they've been the best one out of all the cashiers. They always bag my groceries and have an inviting aura. Double points for that!

I had a receipt for an online order and they wouldn't return it. It was well within the time. Jerry (academy trainer) was really rude and wasn't listening to what I was saying. I told him I literally work for Walmart customer service and I could help him but he decided to say that I was crazy. I went through 3 "managers" before I got my refund.

The only reason I come here is the prices. Not a good vibe shopping in here... the ambiance is just not there. I have had a cashier Stella check me out on multiple occasions and she is the absolute worst. She doesn't greet you, can't do math to save her life, won't help you bag your groceries (other cashiers help you bag items) and she won't even tell you the total at the end of ringing up your items. Maybe I'm old school but all these things are part of being a good cashier. The 20 piercings in her face are atrocious, too. Get a new cashier please.
