I've repeatedly had difficulties with getting the correct quantity of prescription medications from this pharmacy. They will put a pharmacy label on the bottle that covers the original bottle label and their pharmacy label will indicate the desired & requested 90 count tablet quantity. I take the bottle home and open it to find there are only 30 tablets inside the sealed bottle!! They FORGOT to give me 3 bottles of 30 counts each!!! I shouldn't have to open a foil-sealed bottle at the pharmacy register just to be certain they are giving me the quantity requested (90) on my prescription. It's absolutely shocking to me how frequently this has happened to me. Guess it's time to change pharmacies!

Nice store but there’s one particular worker there that racially profiled me as I was about to leave self serve area. I wasn’t able to leave the self serve area before he said can I see your receipt for that water! Like dude I don’t steal and Walmart neighborhood market don’t even ask for your receipt. Hopefully they address that situation with him ASAP

They have a policy that when you're a first time having them process a narcotic prescription when your doctor orders 45 pills they only give 14 because it's the Walmart policy and the rest is discarded and that's the only excuse you're given. Then you're told that you have to call your doctor for another prescription. I found that inexcusable. Never heard of such a thing. Always had my prescription filled from other pharmacies but my insurance recommended Walmart.

When WalMart was built and soaked up taxpayer money we thought others would realize it was damaging our community. Now that it's been here I have still not seen improvements for small businesses and families. Corporate greed is destroying our city.

When in a jiffy do not go to this Walmart. You have 5 customers waiting at Customer Service and nobody comes back up the poor guy. His screen is frozen. Nobody is responding to over the walkie. Its a Neighborhood Walmart, its small as heck. But where are all the employees. Not cross trained? All these employees are walking by doing absolutely nothing. I waited for 5 minutes. Nothing was happening, so I peaced out. Deuces!

Back at it with this wal mart.. they really have no idea on how to hire undercover shoppers.. Sooo after they get rid of the short Mexican dude who was badly obvious of what he was doing they now have this 6'1 fat guy that looks very similar to the fat dude from 90 day fiancé so maybe it is him and just needed a new job idk I'm not judging him but either way still have no idea how to be undercover in that store they just stand by self check out eye raping people walking back and forth.. so if your there and you see him go ahead and ask him where the bread is or do you know where I can find some Milk? Well until the next undercover shopper I'll be back

I came in not expecting much, but Debra was the greatest help. She had a warm smile and was happy (and quick) to help me find whatever I needed even when it was out of her way. Great customer service! Thanks Debra. :)

This has got to be slowest customer service ever. Every time I come to pick up there is a line and these two women take at least ten mins with each person. It's ridiculous trying to pick up an item here. I can't believe how slow these employees are. I want to scream!

We can all agree, if you need something thats not too over price, we go to Walmart. If you are coming through the city and need to grab something, come here, you will most likely find it. If its almost time for school to start back up again, come here, you will most likely find what you need at an affordable price. But, there are some things that are wrong with this store as well. First, some employees are very nice, last time I shopped here my check out lady was named Nancy, she was in a very good mood and helped us fast and was awesome. But sometimes we get the lady who is ALWAYS in a bad mood and is just strange. Also, I guess to many people were stealing things from the makeup section, so they have a rule now were you have to check out the makeup in the makeup section. If you think about it, its not that big of a deal, but I can see how it can get in some people's way. BUT, my main concern is the employees. On a sign posted on the cash register it said, Walmart wants to help you in a fast, easy, and FRIENDLY way. Ya, some people are wonderful and make my day while others are just flat out a-holes. AND I think the employees are to focused on being friendly to the costumers that they don't pay attention to how they are treating their coworkers! An employee by the the name Jessica was just being an idiot to an other employee I didn't get the name of. This is what happened.. "Hey Jessica, can I ask you a question about [product]?" "Hey listen I'm your personal assistant! I HAVE MY OWN JOB YOU HAVE YOURS! LEAVE ME ALONE!!" "Ok.. sorry about tha--" "YA YOU SHOULD BE!" I was blown away on how rude this person was. I felt really bad for the other worker. But that was defiantly not a friendly experience at Walmart, even though it wasn't directed at me, it happened in the middle of the isle when I was standing right there.

I HATE THIS PLACE!!! NEVER EVER GO THERE!!! NOT ONLY THE CUSTOMERS ARE A LITTLE WEIRD BUT THE CASHIER IS NOT TRAINED. I WAS WITH MY 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND SHE WAS BUYING A 12 PACK SHARPIE. The cashier said she can't buy it unless she is 18!!! I was frustrated. So I decided to buy it. She was using her Walmart Gift card. I was going to use it and the cashier started shouting at me!! She said i had to go a different line cause " she couldn't let the others that she was selling that to us!!! That was racist and mean. I hated her!!! Then my daughter went to the self checkout with me. No one said anything to us!!! Then we asked again to a man who worked there and he said my daughter can buy it. I was so mad!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I AM WARNING YOU!!!

This place has the worst customer service ever. The employees can at least say " welcome " instead they just stare at me awkwardly and ignore my need of assistance. The slef checkout is always so slow and when I need a bad for it there's no one there . This place needs a new staff.

I came in here looking for a lock because I wanted to go to the gym, which is in the same shopping center. I walked around and around and saw many employees, but none asked me if I needed help finding something. I never found one. I know it's not a typical walmart, it's a market, but they do sell some items there that they sell at Walmart. It was a long shot. Overall, the store is very clean and organized. The employees really focus on maintaining the store in good shape. I ended up getting other items and as I checked out, the cashier was very nice.

Dropped off my two prescriptions through the drive thru. The staff was friendly. She said 30 minutes so I went to eat lunch and went grocery shopping. Came back 40 minutes later and she had left my prescriptions on the register and was never submitted. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my medicine. First time here and won't be back.
