I just brought the chicken from the deli and it was pink inside with gummy skin. This isn't the first time. Whoever the manager is needs to be replaced asap. This is a health concern. I'm a store manager myself this is unacceptable!

The rude lady wouldn't give me my swagger shampoo. After a little bit of fighting I was able to finally get it. 1 star experience

Store manager tries very hard to look like any other customer, how about you try to actually do your job right! He’s followed my children many times around the store assuming they are stealing or something. Not once or twice but many times! Now I make sure to stick by their side at all times. There is a huge open hole near the juice aisle that is supposed to be covered with a plastic vent cover and I saw a girl step Into it and fall. I hope she told someone about it. ALL the cashiers are in a mood. This one middle aged blonde cashier lady was VERY rude to the elderly people in front of me that seemed to know little English and scolded them a couple times. I will get her name next time. She had her name tag flipped but she wears glasses. Don’t Bother asking any of the teens doing online orders for help they will just shrug and walk away. The store manager cares more about following literal children around when he should be worried about his rude and racist employees, holes in the ground and the terrible customer service. If I ever catch that cashier lady treating non English speaking customers or if I catch that store manager following my children or any other children I will record and simply talk to the higher up.

I’ve been to hundreds of Walmart, grocery stores throughout California and across the nation and by far this is the worst run store I’ve ever been!
I live seconds away from the store. However, I will drive past the store to go to a stater brothers, Superior; Ralph’s or another grocery store. The the meat and poultry there is horrible.The self check out areas are usually broke; the scan and go has never worked, since the store opened, and there’s usually only one line where there is an actual cashier which you have to use in case you are buying alcohol. The store employees there are very friendly. Therefore, this is obviously a management issue. The district manager here really needs to be held accountable for this raggedy operation and running Store!

They made promises to hire me and someone I knew but never did!!! They Never called me back and also have a bad habit of hanging up on people… I’ve applied here because it’s local but it seems like they don’t give a flying f about people and people willing to work, making promises and saying your call back without doing so is very rude and disrespectful…and the hiring manager seems like she’s under the influence of something same as other employees…step up y'all game fr people are really stressing and waiting for mfs to call back but nah, me and a couple buddy’s ik felt like we was wasting our time…

Very poor customer service... Displeased, this Jerry guy doesn't do anything yet he'll act like he's helping ...This guy won't work after 10 pm, my facts are supported by a online order and the way he snswers phones in fact this guy won't help even if you need help in a aisle he just stands around...

I find myself going to this store less and less. store has a high turn over of employees that is affected shopping experience. For the elderly employees that are still there is much more like eating a raw lemon trying to deal with them. I dont understand the purpose of the self checkout if they are always close for many different reasons according to who you ask in the store. Checking out takes too long for a grocery store that size, not to mention their card reader sucks. they work when they feel like. swapping 10 times or more just to pay for a few items doesn't cut it for me anymore. I now shop at Winco where i get more for my money and the customer service is outstanding, not to mention that they are open 24-7.

Walmart money service really needs to have two employees working the registers to avoid the 15-30 minute wait time and the long line it creates, and please don't put a new employee again because they VERY SLOW.
