I want to start with stating I have been a member for over 15years and disgusted with how I was treated here. Felix, Gabriela and a "Manager" refused to provide service, to uphold BofA rules and regulations. On the card not being signed! I explained that I have been using this card a whole year NOT once has this been a issue. They still refused service! They said for security and verification reason they can not provide service unless the card is signed. They had my REAL ID and after I scribbled on the card they then provided service! When all was done ... I asked if they were upholding BofA rules and regulations to the up most maximum requirement. Why was my signature NOT verified. They all stood quite! I demanded an answer since services were refused by all three! I told them you have my ID and card and didn't verify the scribbles !!! You guys refused service yet didn't comply with your own requirements and demands !! It wasn't about verification, protection or security purpose now... They refused to answer !!!! They treated a over 15 year Wellsfargo member with disrespect refusing service to NOT even comply or fulfill their up most high obligation. I called corporate to file my FIRST complaint in over 15 years and they were astonished to hear what happen !

I have always had an awesome experience at this branch, employees are always very helpful, polite and appreciative. Today was no exception, I needed to close one acct that was part of an estate, no appointments were available but Diane, one of the customer service teller's, offered to help me with that. In a few minutes she had it all taken care of for me as well as printing out the statement for the acct. Thank you Diane for the great customer service and support. Very happy Wells Fargo is my bank

This branch is in my neighborhood. I stopped by to deposit a cashiers check into mine and my daughters account. The women who attended me is named Pamela. Both me and my daughter were there to deposit the cashiers check at my name (both me and her on the account) and Pamela stated that I am not allowed to deposit the check because it the check has to be under my name. My name is on the account, i have a debit card as well. i also let her know that my daughter is with me and she stated that even though my daughter is here it can be fraudulent to deposit checks into her account (YET I AM ON THE ACCOUNT MYSELF). I left and went to the Cajalco branch and I met with the manager. He double checked the policies and stated that I am allowed since I am on the account and told us he would be calling this location to explain proper procedures. Never have I visited a branch (I bank with 4 other banks) and have had such a bad experience. They were uninformed and ultimately just wasted my time. I rather drive an additional 7 miles to the Cajalco location (they know what they're doing) instead of driving 0.5 miles to this branch.

My visits to this branch are always pleasant. The staff are all genuinely friendly and helpful. Want to give special thanks to Diane C. for helping us open our account. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She made the process so effortless. Wish this branch was closer to our home but the drive here is worth it!

Someone says the feds should step in and shut this place down....why because they charged you over draft fees like you deserved. I’ve been banking for 35 yrs now and this place along with all Wells Fargo branches has been extremely nice to work with. They are genuinely happy to see you (maybe because they are never crowded) but that’s a nice thing to be able to get in and out of there in under 5 minutes. The tellers are the best in the business and Gabriella is the amazing one with a smile forever long. Thank you Wells Fargo for giving us the best staff possible to handle our money.

So I've been banking with Wells for 10+ years now, & every single time an emergency happens or I'm in a pinch and come to them to help me fix it ie; getting a temporary debit card issued when the ATM ate my other one, but they are legitimately the most unaccommodating people ever. The ATM ate my card after 30 seconds (while I was tending to my 3 year old) & they refused to give me a temporary debit card even with multiple forms of identification. I left visibly upset and in tears. Luckily I went to the Wells Fargo off of Cajalco. They helped me right away, and were able to get me exactly what I needed in a quick fashion with no questions asked. I verified my account and right away they were able to help me. What a relief this was after being treated like absolute garbage at this branch. I no longer have to worry about how I'm gonna put gas in my car or feed my kids until my new debit card arrives in the mail. This branch has horrible customer service and it's not the first time they've left me high and dry in an emergency situation. I'll never return here.

Once again Wells Fargo proves they are thee most scum bag bank anywhere! They will bait and swithch you into everything they offer. They will tie your money up any way they can and take your money...Wells Fargo is scum! No wonder they are beign sued for every unethical practice possible. The Fed should really step in and shut this organization down. SCUM! SCUM!SCUM!

This is one of the best Wells Fargo's i've even been too. Great great service, everybody is so kind and i love going here. They always assist as fast as possible and help me get things done. When i need help they always help. Really recommended, one of the best!!

Love my bank, customer service at its best. Very friendly tellers and staff.I so glad switched bank. The staff speaks to me as if I was a friend. Always see smiling face love to walk in the bank instead of the ATM because of the friendliness.
