Shoutout to STELLA!! she was seriously amazing. I went in there to open an account and was not prepared.. I didn't notice my license had expired so I had to leave and go get my passport. Then, had to leave again to go get a cashiers check to move money over & every time we came back she had a smile on her face and had the best attitude. She was professional, friendly and PATIENT as all heck. She made opening an account at Wescom a really good experience and also the rest of staff was very nice too (:

Avoid this location. The assistant manager made a wild assumption and decided to isolate and interrogate my 90 YEAR OLD mother. My mother (who worked at GTE before it became Verizon) was upset, appalled, and internally shaken. She cried the whole way home and needed our support and attention long after the incident took place. Suggestions: 1. Never isolate and interrogate anyone without a witness. 2. Avoid putting unwarranted pressure and stress on 90 year old customers with a plethora of medical conditions. 3. Avoid making ridiculous assumptions. The assistant manager needs to be fired. This cannot be their modus operandi. If you've experienced similar abuse at this location, don't be afraid to speak up. It's your right.

Horrible experience!! Luis called me and we set up an appointment to refinance my vehicle on Saturday 8/27 @ 9:30 am. When I get there I was told that Luis decided not to come in after all. And that I was more than welcome to meet with another agent, but that it was going to be quite a long wait!! What a way to start your weekend!! I did not want to get out of bed on a Saturday morning either, but when you make an appointment, your committing, at least that's what I thought!! Beyond unacceptable!!

Our family has been banking with WESCOM for more than 40 years and we have been with the Corona branch since it opened. We have always found the staff to be friendly and efficient. I have an adult daughter with Down's Syndrome who has her own WESCOM account and does her own banking. They are absolutely fantastic with her. We travel a lot and WESCOM handles our out of state and our of country banking needs. I recently had a incident with a fraudulent charge while on vacation and they immediately notified me of the 'unusual' transaction and then they handled the investigation and ensured that I wasn't held responsible for the charge. They have an excellent assortment of electronic banking capabilities including Zelle. I highly recommend this financial institution, especially the Corona branch.

Do not use this ATM if you are depositing cash. I've used this ATM every week for about a year and a half and twice now the ATM has swallowed my cash and also not reflected any deposit to my bank account. I've had to file claims twice now. The first time the teller inside basically said that since I'm from a different bank they can't help me. My bank had to file a claim with them and then come out and open the ATM up to get my cash back. It's really frustrating and I don't know how this ATM is still in use. Credit unions allow you to use other credit union atm's but this one does not work.

The woman I spoke to was seriously the rudest employee I've ever spoken too. I called to explain my situation and not only did she give me attitude and cut me off but she hung up on me at the end of the call. Will be pulling my account immediately. If you bank with Wescom skip this horrible location.

Called the branch about a matter for my mom who is out of town. Viviana was extremely helpful! She took the time to investigate the issue and called me back with the information we needed to know! Excellent customer service! Thank you! Made my Christmas Eve morning stress free and that's priceless!

This one star is not so much the branch itself but the customer service call center. I've NEVER had a problem with going into the branch. Always had great customer service & any problem I had was taken care of. But the call center for customer service is a joke! Full of rude a** people who don't really care about any problems your having. Every time I've called, I've had someone who just seems to hate their job and taking it out on the customer. Today I called regarding some fraudulent charges and the man I spoke to states there's no way it could be fraudulent because my card was used to make the purchase but I told him numerous times I lost my card. Long story short, I will no longer be banking with Wescom. Their customer service department is horrible & they just talk down to you instead of trying to help. Definitely will be going to a different bank.

Up and coming area that has a variety of restaurants and retail stores. Convenient, close to I-15 which can get busy during rush hour.
