I live down the street and every time I come here I am always being watched. I get people steal but give me my freedom to shop. I also got one of the last swishmallows one time and the cashier said "oh great someone buying them all out again" And I'm like huh. The atmosphere isn't here, not welcoming, not inviting. And the employees seem to never be happy unless they are talking to one another. I want to shop at a different grocery store but where else is there that's close? But Steve is very nice

Good service but seriously what the hell is going on with this. Here's the app...if you are NOT a member you pay $3.50 for strawberries, but if you are a member they will charge you 22 cents more. Thanks Vons for finding a way to take a little more money.

I've been going to the store for 7 years and have been pleased. Today I was especially impressed with Irvin- who took the time to text me about a product issue for my pick up order, which he didn't have to do but did! He went above and beyond to ensure I gad what I needed and should be recognized for doing so. Thx Irvin!

Today I was looking at wine and Damien in the wine section told me about a sale that starts tomorrow. He won't even get credit for my purchase tomorrow. He was looking out for my best interest. They also have a decent selection for a grocery store.

Not only is your loss prevention/asset protection team super obvious, they give off racial generalization vibes. Your AP/LP isnt supposed to make it obvious that we're being watched right when we walk in the store, and follow us around throughout my shopping experience.

They suck horrible people they don't care about there workers. Brianna, John, britney, have a lot of explaining to do about things I've said to them and we're pushed under the rug like I was a joke or something and when I finally did get hurt in the property they lied and said I never did tell them

The majority of the workers are so damn rude. No type of courtesy whatsoever. I went in this morning to buy some groceries and stopped by the bakery clearance aisle. The door where there warehouse merchandise is literally by the bakery shelves. The workers almost ran me over with their pallets or merchandise they were pushing. They had no type of courtesy to say excuse me, nothing! They gave me the look like move out of the way. Only one older gentleman named Salsedo was the ONLY courteous man. These workers need to be taught manners and common courtesy. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

I come here for last minute ingredients. I would highly recommend downloading the Vons app because you save tons of money. I am always greeted while shopping and they have great customer service. They are always happy to help and I've seen many employees walk customers to the products they are looking for. They always ask how our day is going & etc. the men at the meat department and produce area are always respectful and always get the job done. The customer service is great all the times I come to shop here. Thank you to all the employees for the help, hope you guys get a bonus or raise.

I do love the convenience of having this store so close to where I live. It's a clean store and they do have a deli with many types of meats and cheeses. They even have fresh sushi to go. It's actually quite good for a grocery store. What I DO NOT like is the produce at this vons. It looks wilted and unappealing. I've tried several times to buy the produce but instead I end up going to Walmart just down the ways a little on the same parking lot. I Would visit this store again, it has everything I need except for my produce.

This has been the worst service ever. I drove 10 minutes away from my workplace on my lunch break just because I was craving one of their fresh sandwiches. I get to the store at the sandwich counter and the woman behind the counter says is that she can't help me that the other woman in the deli counter would help me when she was done helping the customer she was with. So I'm in line waiting for the deli person to finish helping the customer she was with which took a good 10 minutes of standing there. Meanwhile I watched several other deli /sandwich employees doing other things like food prep and no one had the time to help me. BY now there's 3 more people waiting behind me and this lady is still helping the same person as when I 1st got there and none of the other 3 to 4 employees are even bothering to assist the rest of us. Finally after about 15 minutes not sure why I even stood there that long I guess I really wanted this sandwich The lady finishes with the customer and proceeds to help me. When I tell her I want a sandwich she then proceeds to tell me that they are out of bread after I stood there for 15 minutes of my lunch break. By now I'm so irritated and my lunch is about to be over. I didn't want a sandwich made with regular sandwich bread I can make that at home so I just left. This store had the worst customer service and I'm so disappointed that I wasted my lunch break driving out of my way for nothing. Just horrible customer service

Chicken was obviously old, no time date stamps on the packaging. disgusting. Had it delivered or else would have never bought such a gross thing. Do yourself a favor and don't buy there nasty low hooker quality stuff . F*** you vons.

Over 3 weeks ago, I placed a cake order for my son's birthday. Yesterday, the bakery called to tell me they were canceling my order, one day before scheduled pick up, because the dinosaur theme he'd chosen had been discontinued. I specifically placed the order a month in advance to avoid something like this. When I asked why they waited so long to cancel the order, they had no good response (because there isn't one). I was devastated and pretty sure no other bakery would accept a cake order with a day turnaround. I went to the Stater Bros. down the street, and they were appalled when I told them what had happened. Turns out, they offer the same dinosaur theme and it hadn't been discontinued. Hadn't. Been. Discontinued. Not only that, they're hustling to cover the order in time. My 4 year old gets his dinosaur cake after all, and I get to avert a panic attack.

So the Grandma that's a Cashier ,Julie, is just a completely dreadful experience whenever I have to deal with her. I've had the 'pleasure' to have to deal with her on countless occasions(at least 12, but most likely more) at this point since I've been going here for the last 4 years or more in which her tone with every experience is 3 notches up from condescending. While she constantly nagged me about whether I was 21(I'm 26 - but also the ID card scan itself should verify that the ID is valid, ...or what's the point of even inputting or scanning the card) - and on top of that this tone wasn't used with the customer in front of me - she also refused to just scan my vons card because it doesn't work when I slide it, going on about how IN THE NEAR FUTURE the vons cards will leave their system. There was no one behind me, so I don't understand the rushed and condescending tone, and maybe if your going to have me put in my number and tell me it hasn't been registered, stop going on about the whole registration spiel, and instead tell me how much I've saved, as a pleasant habit, to streamline the process. Left shaking, awful customer service from this cashier. Really frustrating.

The worst place, my question is if you have been waiting a long line, when your turn, unfortunately, there something wrong with your card or their machines went wrong, your items were scanned and packed. They hold my items at cashierAfter 2 minutes, you come back and your card fixed, do you have to stand a whole line AGAIN?? And scanned your items AGAIN?? They let did. Never never come the place. I always had great experiences at Avon's, I think maybe that is why this place no customers.
