Ordered some parts, paid for the FEDEX 2 day delivery as I needed the parts on Saturday. I paid an extra 30 bucks for the delivery in 2 days, however I was notified the parts will not arrive for 4 DAYS!!! I am in AZ, they are in CA. That's NORMAL delivery times!!
I got ripped of for a 30 delivery fee for NORMAL delivery.
This place has cost me a lot of money as my upholstery person now has to make 2 trips and I have to pay for it and it will not be done for several MORE months as he is slammed with work.
It sucks, they have a good inventory and prices as I just found them because I been using Jbugs. but after this NEVER AGAIN!!
UPDATE: Called their TS and the support person was rude, condescending and blamed me for their mistake.
So pissed this place RIPPED me off and i cant do nothing about it!

We have been using their products to fix and repair VWs a while now! They provide excellent quality parts and excellent service! Their stainless trim, chrome bumpers and electrical parts are the best! They offer so much you can feel good about when restoring your VW! This is such a neat facility too we visited while in town from Nc and you can see the passion flow through the business! In all of our business handlings with them we never once have had a bad experience and they have only ever been there to help and stand behind their products! Met Carla the owner today and Izzy helped us order some parts! Love dealing with them and they pack products well in shipping! We will continue to have them in our back pocket as a good, solid constant in our world to help others keep their VWs on the road! Thank you Wolfsburg West for all you do!

Very pleased with the service and quality of parts I would recommend to anybody they get orders out fast and are awesome at what they do. Because of Wolfsburg West I can restore my VWs to factory quality and make them look like they rolled off the assembly line.

Customer service around returns was surprisingly bad. Ordered a belt for my bus and noticed they sent me the wrong size. When I initially ordering it over the phone I didn't use a part # but only had the size belt to refer to when ordering. Talked to Tony and he was very friendly at the time. Went over a few options and finally told him what size I needed. When I called back to request a return they (another person and then Tony jumped on the line) were quick to say "you ordered an alternator belt and that's what you got". I shared that I didn't know which belt belong to what but all I knew was I wanted a 9.5x900 and I shared that size with him. He then stated "well that's a generator belt". I then told him I didn't know that but nonetheless that's what I needed since it fit what I had on the engine already. I then asked if he was going to help me solve this and he responded.."that's what you ordered so I can't help you" . I've spent lots of $ over the years at WW and it's unfortunate we couldn't resolve a simple misunderstanding...either on my part of theirs. Im fine with taking blame for this if I truly am responsible for the miscommunication however I do feel that both sides may have gotten confused. Nonetheless, with so many other vendors out there who have the same products, I'd hate to leave especially over a lousy $13 part. But service is service and if WW feels it's better to challenge a customer over a simple misunderstanding then just fix the problem...well I'm sorry I'll find someone else to do business with. Sad day for me...
