I can't explain how much I detest this bank! Its always been horrible and I will be looking for another bank. It is a cold environment with the Officers rarely available and waiting is common. One teller is all they have and pretty much no one I know in this town likes this bank!

Horrible customer service; no one answers the phone. Reps give you their card and don't answer email. I had a rep give me her card and when I called her number no one answered and the voice mail was not even set up.If you have a question, the answer is always "try the app" even if you are standing in the bank talking to them.No one looks super busy in there but customer service is clearly at the bottom of the list. I would definitely take my business elsewhere if you want any type of customer service.

I have been going out of my way to come to this branch for years. They almost never have a line for the teller and if you need to do anything else the associates can usually help within 15 minutes even if you don't have an appointment. The staff is always respectful and nice and seem to genuinely care about me and my business. If you do not want to wait just request an appointment through online banking.

Nick is the worst! We had a appointment scheduled an appointment with Nick for 3-weeks in advance and Nick just blew us off. It's extremely unprofessional. We had to wait over 23 minutes and we had a terrible experience.

I was so disappointed with their service. I booked an appointment, I needed a help for questions of my wire transfer. However, the staff wasn’t helpful and left me alone to make a phone call….then I left even no seeing her. I totally had no idea what I came and made an appointment for. Hopefully, you will truly want to help your clients in the future.

I had a very complex account that no online or telephonic rep could help with. Bottom line up front: JJ and Jennifer were absolutely incredible. The amount of time they spent figuring things out was painful but they did it on their own time and were fully prepared when I returned. I have several other accounts with other institutions but because of the relentless help by JJ and Jennifer, I will forever be loyal to BofA, and especially this branch.

This is not the review or scoring by a "whiner." Rarely post but need to alert you if you're looking at this BofA branch for your "banking needs." Mediocre bank branch to begin with but now you can add unpredictable hours and unannounced weeks long closures to the list of negatives. Appears obvious they are getting ready to close this branch. Just recently closed on all Fridays despite hours posted on doors for Fridays. This month a sudden announcement that this branch will be closed until December 1, at least a full month of surprise closure. If your business or finances depend on personal interaction with a banker count this branch out. Precarious financial environment for anyone with safe deposit box, mortgage in the works or other important financial situations that require personal interaction with a banker.

Fastest Bank with the shortest wait time. Only reason it did not get more stars is because it is often closed without reason and without an open date. Understandably due to covid, but still inconvenient.

It's ridiculous that a major financial institution would be "temporarily closed" since the end of January; with no indication of a reopening date.This is a hardship on many senior retirees in this community who do notdrive or have transportation to San Diego locations to conduct their personal banking business.

The worst. Lots of well paid employees sitting around, talking on their phones, fiddling around on their computer, no attention to customers. The higher the salaries and perks the lower the customer service.

They don't even deserve one star. THE most incompetent group of employees i have ever met. The GM is rude and shouldn't be in the customer service industry. AVOID THIS BANK.

Horrible customer service is a sign of a third rate failing bank. The whole location is empty. No tellers. Best thing is free parking with no validation required. Park there free and go to orange ave or the beach for hours!

Usually have stellar service at this branch, however today I was told I wasn't allowed to deposit cash into my own account, I had left my wallet at the office and was told I need my license. Unbelievable!! Why the hell aren't i allowed to deposit cash into my own account I know my account # by heart I've been a customer since 2001, I think I'll be moving to another bank any day now. Not cool at all!
