Mike at Emerald City Computers has helped us with our technological snafus for years! Though he really knocked it out of the park with today’s service! I tried migrating an old Mac to a newer one and lost everything in the process! I was quite hysterical when I called his business and Mike took me in right away and was not only able to recover everything but organized all the folders as well. If you have any laptop/desktop issues, Mike is the guy you want to see.

We are so lucky to have Michael in town. He's smart, hard-working, knowledgeable, and ethical. And, he's a local that has coached youth soccer in town for 20 years and even has a 435 number! If you have a computer problem - go see Michael!

Michael is the one you want to solve your computer problems! We have used him several times and have had outstanding results each time. We live in Coronado and his office is just down the street, so he is very convenient! We ordered a new monitor from him and when he came to deliver it, he fixed another problem we had been having for several years (no sound with my new computer) for no extra. I am just so appreciative of his professionalism.

Being redundant here, but we can't thank Michael enough, too! In our case, for fixing the internet connection in our rental. As all the other reviewers have said, Michael is courteous, timely, and in fact it only took him a few minutes at most to fix the wireless problem we were having. Ten stars!!!!
