This FedEx is not worth your time. They charge a convince fee even for free shipping returns. They also close earlier than their posted close time. Frustrating experience. Find a different drop off location.

We are visiting from Colorado and carried a package to ship when we arrived already in a box but needed just a bit more packing bubbles. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to return from lunch. Nice walk around grounds. The staff here are wonderful and helped us to print the label and add some more bubbles and some good tips for ‘locals’ local eats! What a wonderful service inside the Del! Super nice and friendly conversation.

I called the local number for this FedEx office during regular office hours. My call was re-directed to an automated voice mail that asked several questions. At the end, it said it could not connect me to a representative and to call back later. I gave up and decided to use the FedEx Authorized Postal Annex location in Coronado; a human answered and then answered the specific question that I had. I'll start with them next time!

I had a very large package that needed to be sent back. This task was a little more daunting with a brace on my wrist. The staff member working came out and helped carry the large, heavy box and even did the taping to close it up along with affixing my pre-printed label.

I attempted to drop off a package on which postage was already paid. They tried to charge me a hotel "handling fee" of $10. That's absolutely ridiculous. Don't go here.
